    Dear Support, in the most recent update you have made the status "multi choice" which at best is irritating, if like me people use the status to move from new to postage applied to label generated as part of their workflow - you now need to unclick the current option and select the one you want.. which is muliple clicks more and quite irritating when you cant see what filter you have on when you move to what you think is label generated.. when you also have postage applied on at the same time.. very confusing feature.

  2. Fix a bug which has been introduced about a week ago

    After importing from a CSV and then appying postage to this batch of mail.

    The screen starts flickering multiple times a second and locks out user input for a minute or so until its done.

    The URL keeps flashing and updating with urls such as this;

    https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/payments/details/?key=true&cancelState=%7B%22name%22:%22orders%22%2C%22title%22:%22Orders%22%7D&returnState=%7B%22name%22:%22orders%22%2C%22title%22:%22Orders%22%7D

    This makes import and processing take about 4 times longer than the week before.

  3. Enable user to manually enter the postbox ID when the app cannot detect the postbox even though I'm standing right in front of it!!

    Yesterday I tried the Proof of Posting thing in the app for the first time. I tried to scan my item several times, but the app could not detect the postbox I was standing next to. I could see the postbox ID so it would be good if I could add that retrospectively to the tracking after I'd put my item into the postbox. This was a Parcel Postbox.

  4. Royal Mail Allowing printing of postage which is not legally accepted by Ireland.

    Royal Mail will allow you to input customs data where an item has zero value.One might be led to thinking that if a product is a gift or has no intrinsic value because it's expired, etcetera, then this would be okay.

    Irish Post reject instantly any item which contains a value under one euro.. I have confirmed this with Irish Customs and it's taken nearly a year.

    I have literally lost a thousand pounds worth of postage because of this error.

  5. C&D Shopify app does not update

    The RM Click and Drop Shopify app does not accurately update tracking and completed deliveries into Shopify. This afffects the shop account very negatively as deliveries show outstanding when they are not and have been delivered. Only about 20% of deliveries show completed.

  6. fix the Shopify discount syncing because double-discounting is causing incorrect customs declarations

    Currently, the Shopify integration is incorrectly appling discounts twice. Shopify provides the line-item price with the discount already applied and a total discount line so you can see what the total discount is. However, Click & Drop then subtracts this "Total Discount" field again from the order summary.

    This results in an artificially low "Total Value" for the order. This is a significant regulatory risk, as it leads to the undervaluation of goods on CN22 and CN23 customs forms for international shipments.

    Request: Please update the mapping to ignore the Shopify total_discounts field if line-item prices are already being pulled…

  7. Large letters can no longer be used for shipment - doubling postage fees

    This is complete madness. My items which are small and qualify in size and weight as a Large Letter, can no longer be shipped as a large letter but a small parcel, DOUBLING the shipping costs!

  8. BUG: Shipments can only be filled as 'Document'

    What's going on with C&D lately? It's just covered in one problem after another. Today, I can't send any item in any other category but "Documents". But I am not sending a document...
    I am unable to change the Declaration category to sales, commercial sample, gift, etc. It only allows Document to be selected. Any other attempts give the following error message:

    "A Personal correspondence shipment must use Documents Declaration category
    *A Personal correspondence shipment must have zero value

    When you apply postage for an order, it would be great if you could pay for the postage and "book collection" on the same transaction. Currently, these have to be done separately, which is quite time-consuming.

  11. Product Customer Code Length Issue

    When shipping to the Republic of Ireland, a 10-digit customer code is required for customs clearance. However, in Click & Drop, the system only allows 6 digits to be saved.

    As a result, we have to manually amend the customer code every time we create a shipment by API. If this is not corrected, the parcel gets held in customs and can be delayed for up to a month.

  12. Frustrating wrong customs details on printed labels

    The customs details on the printed forms differ from the customs details in Settings - Customs.

    1. The name of the sender is pulled from somewhere else and is wrong.
    2. Under the sender address it places the order number and store name from Shopify, which is not always the correct one.

    Can we please have customs details ONLY what is added in the settings in the C&D account, and not pulled from elsewhere? I've gone in circles to try and change it to correct details and can't find where it collects these details from. I now have to white out and…

  13. Bring back S17 single label printing option

    I am a personal customer who regularly uses Click & Drop and I have been printing my own labels for several years. As a result, I have a large stash of S17 labels.

    I purchased three Tracked 24 labels today, but was not given the option of using the single label style, but instead could only print all three labels out on a single page.

    Please reinstate the option to select the single label style - I suspect I am not alone in having label stock that needs to be used. I cannot afford to replace the labels I currently…

  14. Shopify label purchases are not processed as sent in C&D

    In Shopify is the option to purchase RM labels direct for deliveries within England (only). However, if you purchase the label via Shopify and it adds the tracking code to the order, the order still remains active within the C&D account in Royal Mail unless you manually get rid of it "Shipped by other provider". This bug should be fixed.

  15. Big problems with wrong trading name - C&D Shopify app version

    RM's Shopify App:

    I'm having major issues with C&D constantly fixing the trading address to the wrong address, and you can't change it. It doesn't follow the default settings within the C&D account settings, and seems to be associated with the Shopify app settings for Royal Mail. For some reason those app settings does not correlate what I have setup as trading address in Shopify either.

    As a result, undeliverables or returns, constantly gets sent to the address on the label - the wrong trading address resulting in constant losses. PLEASE FIX. This has been ongoing for months.

  16. Allow users to buy labels to deliver to themselves

    I often need to buy a label to provide to a supplier to ship goods to me. The website does not allow this, so I use the Click & Drop 'send an item' service to buy a label with myself as the destination, and the other party as the dispatcher. I arrange a collection from them and email them the label. It would be helpful if I could do this on the main website, but the sender address is fixed.

  17. Default address is not being selected

    The default address is not being selected when you purchase labels, and labels are printed with the wrong address.

    The sender address feature in itself is confusing and appears hidden, meaning you don't know what it is until its too late. The full sender address should be visible during the label purchasing process so it can be changed if it is wrong. Once you start to select label, before checkout, you can no longer change the sender address which sucks. It should be easily edited up to payment point.

  18. Make the Customs Duty Fee Accurate for parcels going to USA

    Currently if you are a small business, sending under 20 parcels a week, you are apparently not seen by Royal Mail click and drop in needing accuracy in your business transactions. All goods are now charged a blanket rate of 10% duty plus £0.50 being sent to America even if it is not in line with the standard tarriff for the item you are sending. This is wrong and needs to be changed. Apparently it is accurate for OBA holders, but not if you hold a personal account. Please change this so we can go back to paying the actual…

  19. STILL unable to pay for labels on C&D website. One month now.

    I've send this issue to support, I've posted on here and nothing is changing. Since C&D did the change of adding the billing name in the checkout, I am unable to pay for any labels and have to manually process all shipment from our Shopify store. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
    The popup window for the payment card details, seem to not appear. I have not disabled any popup on my browser and the account doesn't work on any device or different computer. It's the payment processing that has a bug in it.

  20. BUG: Almost three weeks of not being able to buy postage - why is it not fixed?

    I've complained about this before. Why is it not being fixed? It's now almost THREE weeks of on and off not being able to buy C&D postage online via the logged in site.

    When you proceed to Payment summary - confirm - pay with debit card - nothing happens. The button just turns grey and doesn't allow you to finalise th purchase. PLEASE FIX IT.

    It's not browser or device related and happens on all browsers, all devices.
