  1. Allow ability to submit electronic customs data only for Stamp Users

    We currently get a large discount on stamps 30%+ and the result of this is that Click & Drop is too expensive for the majority of our international mail. We do use the CLick and Drop service for tracked international but standard mail is sent using Stamps.
    The requirement for electronic customs is impossible to comply with for stamp users and I feel Royal Mail have a duty to provide a webbased service to submit the electronic customs data for stamp users. This service should be both Form Driven and also API driven. It would also be ideal if the…

  2. Why don't you email us when you update your costs!!! Very hard to run a business!

    Why don't you email us when you update your costs!!! Very hard to run a business when we find out that customers are ordering product on an old price for postage! We get absolutely no warning whatsoever.

  3. Introduce a new service called Click, Drop & Go. This is what small businesses need!

    Combine the benefits of Royal Mail's Click & Drop service (quick and easy online postage payment and shipping label printing) with those of the Post Office's Drop & Go service (no queuing and proof of postage).

    Ecommerce businesses that are too small to qualify for an OBA have simple needs - we want to easily access our order details, pay for and print shipping labels then post our orders, with the reassurance that we can make a claim if it is lost or damaged in the post. This is currently only possible with Click & Drop then a long queue…

    Allow users to use the codes UNG/UNH in OBA for sending physical goods in large letter format.At the moment only users sending paper based items like letters and leaflets etc in letter or large letter sizes are being allowed to use the UNG/UNH codes in OBA.

    I have sent 2000 large letters this month....when do I get a discount? I am paying the same as everyone else. Spend around £10k a year

  7. Need an postage option for 2kg - 5kg

    Add a small to medium parcel option.
    There is a big gap for price from small parcel to medium parcel. I often have to send 2 small parcels because the items weigh just over 2kg. This looks unprofessional.
    Keep the small parcel size but allow upto 3kg for say £4.95 - upto 4kg £5.95 - upto 5kg £6.95
    I would use it all the time.

  8. Scanning of UK signed for services

    It would be great if you didn't have to go the post office to get signed for parcels/letters scanned. Many other couriers you don't need to do take it to their depot to have your parcels scanned first. With many post offices closing, it's going to become more difficult to use this service. I'd like to be able to either drop off my signed for parcels or put letters in the pillar box.

  11. need trackable grey parcel bags, my xmas post is missing, going to lose ebay TRS!!

    dropped off around 150 large 1st class letters at the post office Monday 31st, they should have arrived Wednesday or Thursday latest with customers,

    so far had around 20 customers contacting saying they have not received their orders!! looks like a bag or more has been lost or very delayed, good chance I will lose my Top rated seller badge which will cost me my 10% discount bur more importantly I will also lose my top search positions within ebay so sales will be massively cut!!

    why are the royal mail grey bags not trackable so we can see where…

    people do make mistakes sometime, if there's an option to recover the deleted order by mistakes, will be much much more helpful.

  15. Syncronise shipping product options on RM site to C&D as half the time they don't appear

    EG: I choose to send a small parcel insured £100 value, it gives me many options to buy online, when i'm transferred to Click and Drop site only one option appears the most expensive!

  17. International business Tracked with signature allows up to 5Kg for certain countries

    With new terms & Conditions it is now possible to send 5 KG parcels with any content with tracked Signature - I suspect the list of countries are those where GLS is the final agent (the list of countries correlates)
    I would have thought Click & drop would follow changes in Terms & conditions more closely - I find it frustrating it's not coordinated more

  18. A stamped self addressed label, not time constrained or 30 days, for tickets etc

    For personal users, maddening to have to go out and buy stamps when a stamped s.a.e is asked for. Businesses may also have a use for returns.

  19. Improve the address book.

    I am finding click and drop an absolute nightmare to use. The previous online postage was so much easier. This one is difficult to navigate and not at all user friendly. The address book is one of the most stupid I have come across. My address book from OLP was transferred to click and drop by one of your customer service advisers. It is in neither numerical or alphabetical order making it almost impossible to negotiate. There is no tool to change it to alphabetical order. Remembering the number allocated to each address is no good as it is not…

  20. You need to start a customer ideas/input panel so that we can advise you - the new process is not intuitive.

    You need to start a customer ideas/input panel so that we can advise you of what real customers need - this new process is not intuitive, the actual web pages are graphically a mess to look at and find products and the way through quickly.

    We use standard international sized stationary, not some imperial sized nonsense.

    Then we can input an address, buy a product, send it all from smartphone/tablet/laptop/PC direct to printer with preloaded stationary trays. At least you have Paypal.................

    Are you really offering an interactive website in 2018 or something from 1993?
