Show pricing before you generate label
New to C&D and not sure if I am missing something. It makes perfect sense to see the price of the postage you are applying (or has been automatically applied) before you generate the label to avoid errors. Is this possible?
Thanks for your comment. You aren’t missing anything with regard to viewing the prices before generating labels.
Unfortunately, due to the way that pricing is calculated for OBA accounts it isn’t possible to show the price of an individual label, as the price is calculated at the end of day manifesting stage, and is based on all of the items sent for that day.
The price is now displayed once manifesting has been carried out, so that you are aware of what will be added to you OBA account each day.
I hope this of help, but should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact the Click & Drop Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
You could show the maximum price that will be paid before the discounts are applied.

I do not see this helps at all, to be honest.
I personally have 2 separate shops that I run.
I need to know how much each spends.
If I get given for 32 items, the system MUST have calculated 32 prices especially if I never used tracked 24 or 48 on that day,
Why can that information NOT be shown after, you must know the cost if you are calculating a price over many items.
How do we know the system has entered them correctly?
I have been in business for 35 years, NEVER I have not known what an individual item is costing, surely someone can be seen the total madness and stupidity in this not been enabled.
Must be so so simple.
What Happens If I have to charge a customer for an Individual amount
This NEEDS to be added for full transparency!!!
Royal Mail have been charging me more than the prices agreed. As a customer it is not my responsibility to magically know when a new pricing structure has been created, it is Royal Mail's responsibility to inform their customers of the prices, ideally for every purchase, just the on every other purchase anybody ever makes in the world!!!
This is useful, but its still missing signed for (which I do a number of) and itemised costings per item - it batches up - not very useful if I need to claim back a lost item from Royal Mail as you ask me for the cost
