Get delivery confirmation working again!!
Delivery confirmation has stopped working since this update on Tuesday 13th March! Is anyone at Royal Mail aware of this and how long before it is fixed?
For orders sent after the 14th I'm getting either a blank screen or a page I assume showing the delivery time but with all of the text fields missing. Other people are reporting that their delivery confirmation status has reverted back to "tracking not available for this service"
Whatever was done on the 13th has broken C&D because not only has the delivery confirmation stopped, but it is running slow, numerous error messages etc
Delivery confirmation is available for customers who post on the RM24/48 postage products for both Large letter and Parcel formats. Its also available for the Parcel format for STL and BPL postage products,.

This is simply not good enough, the old system provided the delivery confirmation number and guess what, SHUTL provided by ebay includes the delivery confirmation number. Guess where I'm going to take my business admin? If you could provide the number with the old system why not with the new one? the delivery confirmaton id is ESSENTIAL for ebay sellers

Is this fixed now, as we are planning to come back to this system and would require this to work?
I am getting this for every item we send with the code BPL.
Every single order form the 16th March we get "Tracking not available for this service"
I have tried to contact click and drop a number of times and they just pass me on to Royal Mail business who then say its a click and drop issue.
I'm getting no delivery confirmation for orders placed from the 14th onward. I simply get a blank screen or, if I'm lucky, "Tracking information is not available for this service". Click and Drop running slow and giving error messages since mid last week too.
All small parcels showing as "Tracking information not available..."
I have just found this out today when I had to check if a parcel was delivered.
Until this is fixed I will now have to send all parcels by another courier.
Same here. All posted items since Wednesday 14 March 2018 no longer have the delivery confirmation working, just says Invalid Barcode or get a blank page on the Track & Trace website.
We pay more to use the CRL24 code over the BPL1 code explicitly to receive the delivery confirmation. But this is now buggered. Not impressed one bit RM
Orders up-to the 15th tracking is showing "Tracking information is not available for this service" for me.
