How to report stolen post
Probably not strictly click and Drop, but not sure where to go with this
2D barcode tracking shows that the parcel was delivered. Of course, it only says delivered as not full tracking
Customer is adamant they have not received it. i suppose this means that the customer is effectively accusing someone in Royal Mail of Theft or Fraud
I have tried Royal Mail to get more info on delivery, but all they will say is it was delivered. And offer no advice how to proceed. I think customer shoould be able to file an offical report of theft of their mail (by the delivery person????) but I can not find where to do this
Obviously customer wants us to refund, but I say it is not our responsibility. Tracking says customer has the parcel, and they should make an offical compaint of theft to Royal Mail
Any advice / opinions?
