  1. Service codes from DMO and enhancements import

When importing orders we can only use the OBA codes such as CRL24 or CRL48 and we can't specify if there's signature or not. With DMO we could automatically import an order with a Signature whereas with C&D this needs to be done manually.

Our warehouse operators need to be able to scan in an item/order code and have a ticket come out. We have a system to do this with UPS, with Laposte, with Direct Link and pretty much any other courier.

Click and drop is so horribly pedestrian its going to be a nightmare to work with. We're not allowed to have DMO (a seemingly more robust professional system from what i've seen) and are now stuck with this system.
We cant even search (by default) on our own order reference - and the fact that we have to import our orders…

    Hi Gary

we’re sorry you believe this capability is not possible and have not been given the accurate advice in relation to Click & Drop’s functionality.

Within Click & Drop you have a number ways of getting orders into the application, this can be direct integration into a number of marketplaces and using the marketplace assigned order number, or manually or automatically importing a file with a number of fields you can map including your own order number which then is assigned to the order and is searchable or you can use the scan and print capability in Click & Drop to scan the order reference and print the order. The automated import of files is used by using the Dropbox integration and works faster and in a more secure way than that of DMO, for example a file can be auto imported in 2 seconds from being placed…

  3. Developer documentation for CSV import format please

I can't find any documentation on what to call the fields for automatic import

    Hi

Amazon international stores can now be linked to Click and Drop. If you click on the settings area within Click and Drop, then Channels and Stores and then add new store, then choose Amazon and enter the approprioate details and select the relevant country where the store is based, you can then link for example Amazon DE to your UK Click and Drop account

  6. Save the field mappings for csv imports

Allow you to save the field mappings to use again. Exported shopify orders are always in the same format, so if postcode was in column 7 on the first .csv it will always be in column 7. Ideally be able to save different mappings for different ecommerce platforms, e.g. Shopify, Squarespace, etc.

  7. Please allow the service (CRL, etc) to be uploaded via CSV.

Can add weight and format but not service. To add manually to each record takes too long.

    Hi,

You are now able to map the required service for an order when importing a CSV file.

If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact the Click & Drop Support Team.

    Thanks
    The Click & Drop Team
