Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface
I was sad to see that the old interface will be retiring on 31 Jan as I much prefer that interface when it comes to user friendliness.
May I suggest the following to add to the new interface:1) add a Country option in columns so that I can sort the orders by Country, this was present in the old interface but not the new one.
2) allow the expanding of further information of an order within the page itself, instead of opening to a new tab. (an expand all button would be great too) I've looked into the settings…

Scan ALL RM48 and RM24 2D barcodes.
This situation has persisted for too long. It's imperative that ALL RM 48 and RM24 2D barcodes are scanned. We cannot accept liability for lost items when the postal service fails to scan them. While we can claim for the postage, it would be significantly advantageous if these 2D barcodes were consistently scanned upon delivery. Many remain unscanned, and Royal Mail's excuse of it not being a priority is unacceptable. Their latest advertisement emphasizes the importance of their services for businesses, including the choice of delivery speed and online delivery confirmation. We demand 100% compliance with this service. The financial…

Automatically Remove Despatched Orders from Click & Drop, if Marked as Despatched at Marketplace.
When orders are marked as dispatched on eBay, Etsy, or Shopify, they should automatically be removed from the "awaiting dispatch" section in Click and Drop.
Currently, orders remain in the pending section even after being dispatched through these platforms, which causes confusion and extra work. Improved marketplace integration is needed to ensure Click and Drop reflects only the orders that are still awaiting dispatch.

Update Tracked 24/48 to collected when Business Collection takes place
Royal Mail Tracked is not tracked when the driver collects. Please can you update the tracking using the manifest when collected not when the packet gets to the super hub the next day?
It was impemented for personal customers last year:
https://clickanddrop.uservoice.com/forums/399930-general/suggestions/45679138-tracking-show-a-shipment-has-been-collectedSecond class post tracking is fine and shows the following message when the driver collects:
"An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"But Tracked 24/48 shows this message until the next day or later on Royal Mail tracking:
"We're expecting it
The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal…10 votes -
Support Adding Credit to Accounts to Reduce Card Payments
Have the abililty to pre load the account with funds so that we don't have to authorise a credit card transaction or paypal transaction every time we produce a label
25 votesHi and thank you for your suggestion. We are considering ways to support payments without having to supply your card details for each transaction.
Many thanks

Please add the delivered DATE to the manifested orders status column.
At the moment, the tracking status for delivered items just shows as 'delivered', but it does not show the actual delivered date.
This would be so useful for an overview and finding out delivered date results for things like ebay cases.

Make it easier to find out how much one has been charged for each item
It is far too difficult to find out how much one has actually been charged for an item. If it is on the system at all it is not easy to find.

Make the manifest smaller, its wasted paper.
Let's streamline the manifest; it's just wasted paper. Handing it over to the postman feels pointless since Royal Mail already has a digital copy. Once the collection driver scans it, it's just trash. Why not replace it with a barcode or 2D code on a label? Maybe 3 or 4 with all info in the codes? The driver or the drop-off point can scan it. We're moving towards a waste-free society, yet this manifest is unnecessarily large with too many spaces. A bunch of tracking codes serves no purpose. Postmen confirm these manifests are redundant once scanned. Let's make them…

Adding the department name to a label instead of the department number.
Before we manifest, we always check each parcel to ensure it has been coded to the correct department. Currently the only way to do this is checking on the screen, by adding the name to the label instead of the number would speed up this process.

Stop tracking numbers being generated for non-tracked services
Tracking numbers have recently started being generated for non-tracked services (e.g. BPL2 2nd Class). These are then being exported into integrated marketplaces, breaking the tracking functions and causing a large number of customer complaints and confusion.
Can this please be corrected as soon as possible.

Allow sending of email notifications after items are dispatched
Customers often ask me to resend the tracking info. There is no way to do this currently. If there was a simple click box to do this, it would be great.

Please decrease refresh time for eBay orders or add an refresh button!
Please shorten the refresh interval for the requests sent to eBay. Since you are using the paid eBay API, why are the requests so infrequent? It is currently set to 5 or 10 minutes; please reduce it to at least 60 seconds. Alternatively, add a refresh button to allow quicker retrieval of orders from eBay.
Additionally, a dashboard with a hot reload feature would be ideal for Royal Mail. This would allow us to see incoming orders immediately without needing to refresh the page. Implementing this would likely require libraries like Vue.js or React. As a developer myself, I believe…

Make the check box for each order bigger on the new orders page
When scrolling down new orders the check box is so small - cant it be bigger - its easy to click just off it then it opens the order and you have to close it.
Please make it easier when processing lots of orders but not checking them all.

Detect Channel Islands postcodes and automatically set their destination to Jersey/Guernsey not Mainland
When orders from Ebay, Amazon and other channels come through to C&D via the API, it would be extremely useful if the destination country could automatically show as the relevant Jersey/Guernsey not Mainland UK, as the customs label does not automatically generate without this. Ebay orders and most amazon orders to Jersey and Guernsey appear as "mainland UK" but with Jersey or Guernsey postcodes.

The whole site needs looking at it is so messy and unclear.
The designer must have thought what a colourful site which it is but it ends there. Most of us want a clear easy to understand system. The section asking do you want to print yourself has both options in each box. After filling in the forms for one letter the checkout box said 2 items I spent an age looking for the second only to find it was the free collection

Refunded labels appearing in the 'New Orders' section
After purchasing a label I occasionally have to cancel the label due to my customer changing the address, cancelling the order etc. After the label refund request has been accepted and refunded the order appears in the 'New Orders' section. This is very annoying because these old orders get lost amongst all my new ones and I accidentally repurchase the label! Starting the whole refund process again.
Please stop sending orders from refunded labels back into the new orders section.
