  1. Merge or combine 2 or more Orders into 1 Shipment

    With new EU customs declarations my labels and customs declaration can show false information when I have 2 order from 1 customer. Please implement a function to merge orders together in order to correct weight, cost etc to make customs compliant.
    This is a regular requirement, is a headache to work manually and as per customs regs, should be implemented as standard to ensure correct compliance.

  2. Display 4 SKUs as a minimum

    Printed labels should display 4 SKUs as a minimum and then the plus more. eBay seller like ourself have offers such as buy 2 get 2 free and buyers are allowed to choose 4 variants. This means 4 SKUs should appear ideally before the "Plus More" shows.

    This slows down dispatch times hugely as each order has to be checked on CnD for the full SKU list and then written on the label. There is plenty of space on the label in the SKU box as apart from the customer order and CnD label number we have nothing else appear. …

  3. Manifests failed - unable to generate paperwork

    ISSUE AFFECTING ALL C&D ACCOUNTS USING TRACKED 24/48

    When manifesting orders the following error occurs:

    'Sorry, we were unable to generate your paperwork. Please quote reference 'd4193bf9' if contacting us for help.'

    This issue has been occurring for over 3 weeks, it seems to only affect Tracked 24/48 orders. We're then forced to use an Emergency manifest for the collection driver and manually dispatch all orders individually on the specific sales channels.

    Unfortunately the issue is difficult to replicate and only occurs every 2 or 3 days. We've spoken to C&D support team several times over the last few weeks…

  4. Add Integration for SquareUp

    It would be great if Click and Drop could be integrated with the SquareUp selling platform as at the moment I would have to take orders via one platform and then manually log in to C&D and enter all the order information again by hand which is really time consuming and off putting.

  5. Show Tracking Status in Click & Drop

    When sending an item tracked it would be very helpful to have an extra column showing the different stages of that items stage - so at a glance you can see the delivery status, filter by undelivered etc.

    This would save clicking on each item and regularly checking.

  6. Ability to put an order 'on hold'

    Occasionally we need to stop an order from being dispatched for a short period of time. When using Click & Drop as a primary system as we do (i.e. working from Click & Drop rather than our e-commerce platform), there is no way to indicate to whoever is dispatching that the order should not be dispatched yet. The ability to hold an order (essentially setting its status to 'Order on hold' or similar, and needing to release it before a label can be generated) would be extremely useful.

  7. include customer's contact telephone number alongside shipping address

    If a customer provides a contact number when ordering, it should be included on the shipping label. A contact number would help to decrease the rate of lost/returned international orders.

    I'm surprised this feature isn't already standard as Royal Mail themselves advise you to add a customer's contact number when shipping internationally?

  8. Remove Labels Awaiting Refund From Orders

    When a postage label is awaiting despatch it can be refunded. This is done when the wrong postage is selected is wrong or the customer cancels their order. The postage label remains at status awaiting refund for a number of days however it remains in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list. You may not want to despatch this order but can accidentally do so in the period it takes for the refund to go through. Could orders awaiting refund not be visible in the 'orders awaiting despatch' list but still be searchable from the drop down lists.

  9. Send dispatched email through EKM integration by passing "true" on send email attribute in addition to tracking number

    Tracking number is now sent to EKM through the integration, but an option to send a "true" value back on the "send email" attribute would trigger an automatic dispatched email from EKM to the buyer, as happens with eBay.
    Could this be optional in the integration, as EKM currently don't have a permanent Bcc in the email template to send a copy of the email to review platforms, which needs to be added manually for each batch of dispatched orders.

  10. Parcels to Ireland being returned

    Since July 1st when AnPost took over the customs handling for items going into Ireland I have been unable to ship any items successfully. They are all returned saying there is a problem with the electronic customs data.

    I ship parcels to most countries throughout the EU and the rest of the world and do so using Click and drop so have a pretty good handle on HC codes etc. and have no problems other than to Ireland.

    So why can I ship good to Italy and France etc and NOT to Ireland?

  11. Add intergration for Folksy

    Folksy is the UK version of Etsy, there is a lot of sellers on there who also sell on Etsy which you have integrated already. I think lots of Folksy sellers who are on CandD would benefit from this integration.

  13. New restricted user levels

    It would be useful to restrict the actions that can be taken by user type. I want to restrict 'Dispatch' to reprint the labels and mark items as sent, as we are geographically very distant.

    Or give the option to set up administrator defined user categories with selected authorities.

  14. Apply the reference used on C+D to the Royal Mail invoice

    The reference needs to appear on the invoice instead of just"click and drop" so we can track which orders are for which job. We are a mailing house with many C+D customers we post on behalf of, and we are having a nightmare tying all the invoice lines to each individual job

  15. enable users to sorting by product

    every column can be used to sort orders apart from the product column. this is the most important one and yet we cant sort/group the items customers have purchased. We have just migrated to click and drop and sell 300 items a day and not been able to 'bundle' or group the items is taking use forever to fulfil.
    if we could sort by product we could distinguish hat has been ordered alot easier and not have to sieve through all 300 orders looking for customers that have ordered the same thing so we can process them together

  16. Add more Payment Options

    The payment options on the 'Business' Click & Drop system are inferior to those on the 'casual' Send an Item system, in that in order to avoid PayPal all the card info has to be entered manually, including billing address, email etc that are pre-populated in the 'casual' system. Be great to have the same facility in both.

    Please consider adding a payment service such as WorldPay or Stripe.

  17. Store cancelled labels

    As a Click & Drop user, I would like to be able to view cancelled/deleted labels, So that I can better understand and investigate a surcharge supplement when I receive one.

    In addition, it would be useful to be able to see the Mail Item Tracking Numbers (e.g. 3205884730002DAF37E0D) in Click & Drop as this is usually what is displayed on invoice/surcharge supplements.

  18. Shipping Rules to work for orders with more than 1 item

    We are a mailing house that picks, packs and despatches for a variety of customers. Lots of those customers have orders that have more than one item. Currently using shipping rules to apply postage only works for orders that have only one item. This means we have a lot of orders that the postage rules will not work for. Please could you fix it so that all orders no matter how many items will have the postage automatically applied when using shipping rules. This will save us so much time. Many thanks Zoe

  20. Bulk Assign Large Letter or Parcel And Use Automatically Assigned Weight

    With the new changes coming in October 2021 there is no way at all to bulk assign large letters or parcels and use the weight specified by Shopify for each order. We have some large letters that weigh a similar amount as some parcels, so we cannot use shipping rules. It looks like we are going to have to apply postage one by one in order to make sure it uses the correct weight and package size. This is going to add at least 8 hours to our weekly workload. I would love it if we could simply select all…
