  2. Business Pricing > Public Pricing

    I urge every business owner who uses Click & Drop, to check their pricing on their latest invoice!

    Just checked my latest invoice, and I'm paying £6.02 per Tracked 24 parcel. However, if I went on the RM website and booked manually, I would be paying £4.15!

    So if I booked through your website, rather than as a business customer through Click & Drop, I would have saved £1.87 per parcel!

    Even sending 1 parcel a day, and saving £1.87, would total £56.10 extra per month. How many are you sending, and how much extra are you paying?

  3. Commodity / HS Code Changing

    We've been using customs code 95041000 for video games for years in the default setting for click & drop
    https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/settings/customs/. We don't upload item description or customs code on each order.

    The last two international orders have description of contents: 'packing tape' insead of 'video games' and code '3919100951' instead of 'video games' on the CN22 generated by click & drop. Please can you look into this as it must be a change at your end e.g. defaulting to a generic description/code rather than the one in our settings.

  4. Support searching for partial order numbers

    Hi, when searching for an order number it is only possible to search for the full number but not partial numbers. As you are adding a # in front of imported order numbers, that makes it possible to use a barcode scanner to search for an order (order number in C&D: #12345,barcode Scanner delivers 12345, C&D search shows no results)

  6. Charging The 16p Supplement Charge Separately Causing Issues With Accounts Software Package

    This is causing havoc with my accounts package. If I have to pay an extra 16pence, it should be taken off at source, as it is difficult to balance books with an after the fact transaction.

  7. Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description

    The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.

    However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".

    It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

  8. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items

    I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?

    It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

  9. Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries

    When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.

    The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.

    This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

  10. reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices

    Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

  11. Suggestions For New Orders Grid

    New order page only shows one product per order and "+ 1 more item". This creates extra steps to see what an order contains.

    When applying postage, it opens in a new "tab" and you are unable to see what products are in the order.

    The font colour for product SKUs is too light and small, so it is more difficult to read.

    Order details should not open in new tab as it breaks the flow of the page.

    Customer name and postcode should not be in the same column, as it makes it more difficult to quickly scan for…

  12. Import Product Weight from eBay

    The biggest thing which is slowing me down is entering weight for each item after I sell it. It would be so much easier if click&drop OBA could import from ebay weights I enter , could we have this update ASAP please ?

    Its a lot easier to pick up my items enter all specifics once list it ,and when sell it everything ready to go buy labels and ship, no messing around with weight.

    Can we have a field to include safe place details for collections such as lock codes for a parcel box. Currently on Business Click and Drop it only has fields for an address so I have to be in when I book a collection.

  15. Adjust the column widths on the order details table when expanding an order

    Currently when you expand "order details" to see a table of the products in the order, the columns have fixed uniform widths. There's no way to adjust them manually and no text wrapping, so if the contents of one cell is too long it gets cut off and there's no way to read it. Having all the columns the same width means that there are big spaces around the quantity and price fields (which are generally only a few characters long), and then the product name is squeezed into the same width and cut off.

  16. pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price"

    Please add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually.

  17. Support Changing Trading Names After an Order is Created

    We use multiple Trading Names when drop-shipping.

    With the old order creation UI, the 'Trading Name' dropdown was at the top of the page. With the new Beta Create Order screen, the Trading Names part is further down the UI and therefore easier to miss.

    Would it be possible to do one or both of the following:

    1. Alter the layout so that the Trading Names dropdown is again at the top of the order creation UI

    2. Make it so that the Trading Name can be changed for an already created order prior to applying the postage in the event of…

  19. tell customers how much the surcharge is (and that there is one) for dropping off tracked 24/48 parcels at a post office.

    People have already raised the issue of you having to pay extra for dropping off tracked 24/48 items at a post office rather than have them collected. I agree. But my point is that, given the charge is made, (a) it is a stealth charge, you don't pay it upfront, but have it added on after the parcel is dropped off; (b) the advanced warning is buried in a small print footnote indicated by an asterisk; (c) when you see the footnote, it does not tell you what the charge is, actually I still don't know what rate it is…

    Your new web interface deigns for CLICK and DROP - really need to address the need automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to the print labels..... at present its a manual instruction which looks like a after thought bottom right of screen - many operators may miss this critical message!
