  1. Send tracking data back to EKM

    Currently there is an option on C&D to mark EKM orders as dispatched, but no tracking information is returned to EKM. Could this info be available to populate the customer order fields and dispatched emails on EKMs CMS.

  2. Manifests failed - unable to generate paperwork

    ISSUE AFFECTING ALL C&D ACCOUNTS USING TRACKED 24/48

    When manifesting orders the following error occurs:

    'Sorry, we were unable to generate your paperwork. Please quote reference 'd4193bf9' if contacting us for help.'

    This issue has been occurring for over 3 weeks, it seems to only affect Tracked 24/48 orders. We're then forced to use an Emergency manifest for the collection driver and manually dispatch all orders individually on the specific sales channels.

    Unfortunately the issue is difficult to replicate and only occurs every 2 or 3 days. We've spoken to C&D support team several times over the last few weeks…

  4. Add intergration for Folksy

    Folksy is the UK version of Etsy, there is a lot of sellers on there who also sell on Etsy which you have integrated already. I think lots of Folksy sellers who are on CandD would benefit from this integration.

  5. EKM Integration - EKM have updated their platform to allow 'Tracking numbers'.

    EKM have updated their platform to allow the Royal Mail 'tracking number' to be sent when an order is dispatched.

    I would be grateful if Royal Mail could update the EKM integration so Royal Mail tracking numbers are pulled through to customer orders.

  6. Click & Drop - is it too much to ask to get an item scanned?

    We have had our Click & Drop account with Royal Mail since it was launched, and have had our business account with them since 1993.

    Just wanted to vent my frustration yet again after having another letter go un-scanned by the postie and our customer claim for a free replacement item.

    We even started to apply our own sticker...

    POSTIE-PLEASE SCAN BEFORE DELIVERY-THANKS!

    But to no avail, why oh why do we pay for a service that you don't or cannot provide?

    Just SCAN THE ITEMS like you tell us should be done!!

  7. IOSS and imported CSV file specifications missing field

    Hello,
    just been on the phone to click and drop support re what the field specification there will be for the IOSS number - reference.
    Unfortunately, according to them, there is not a field for a csv upload.

    I think it's rather important to have the information before 1st July so I can prepare as best I can.

    I have checked the field specs on

    but nothing for IOSS.

    Please could you either add a field or let me know how I will be able to get this information to Royal MAil. I need to let customs of Germany,…

    IOSS should be stored on trading names for customers who are importing files from multiple marketplaces and a different trading names stored for the different marketplaces negating the need to enter the details on each import file.

    For customers who have a direct integration into marketplaces like ebay, Amazon, NOTHS etc. and we pull the orders into Click & Drop from the channel, we will store the appropriate marketplace IOSS number and automatically apply the marketplace IOSS number on the orders for less than 150 Euros in the electronic data we pass when the end of day manifest or the label is purchased. Customers do not need to do anything different in these scenario’s the software will do the work on your behalf.

  8. Click & Drop API: LABELS/CANCELLATIONS/MANIFEST

    I was excited to see the the Click & Drop API integration in Nov 20 https://clickanddrop.uservoice.com/forums/399930-general/suggestions/37754239-click-drop-rest-api but unfortunately it does not even allow label download which we have with C&D desktop.

    To rival other APIs, we need:
    - label retrieval
    - label cancellation
    - dispatch

    for dispatch. no waiting around for a batch to manifest (or fail) - just upload a list of orders marked dispatched/manifested or some other term for the list of batches to process - Royal Mail responds accepting the list and notifies the driver

  9. Motivate Posties to do scans

    Failure to scan 2D barcodes is causing a lot of grief. Without proof of delivery, on-line sellers have big problems with Buyers who claim their parcel was not received. Without proof of delivery, we have cannot dispute their claim and so have to issue a refund.
    Up until 6 months ago, the scan rate was around 97%. Recently it has dropped to around 25%.

    Just what is going wrong?

  10. Duty Paid?

    We send parcels to the EU that we have sold. I think I am right in saying that after the 1st Jan deadline,

    1) there is no way to send via Royal Mail as duty / vat / processing fee paid
    2) Anything over 22 euro will be held in the EU country customs department until the reciepient pays the import duties etc. what exactly is the process as this could have devastating effect on our delivery metrics on sites like Amazon and Ebay

  11. OBA Click & Drop things needed - urgently

    There's some serious things now that need looking into which people have requested for too long or that aren't addressed anywhere. Guys, we need feedback and help for these things, or people will start using other couriers. We spend thousands a month on postage and we're going to pull the plug on RM at some point if it can't get streamlined.

    Completely normal requests are completely ignored, and to be honest it's getting extremely difficult to actually use Click & Drop now, even from a business point of view, efficiently.

  12. Can Royal Mail international standard be tracked? I mean we get a refernce number and would be great if at least would say delivered.

    I think would be great and a piece of mind for sellers to be able to see if item is been delivered throught standard international. We have the option via uk already. Why not international ? Most of the time we cannot figure out if items are lost or of customers lied about it. At the end of the day they have a reference number and a scanning code. That would be amazing. I know will be denied but I wanted to try anyway💜💜💜

  13. I would like to see the price of each order, so I know what I am paying. With fuel surcharges and VAT it is often quite complicated!

    I know we are given prices but when you then have to calculate VAT and fuel surcharges it does get quite confusing. It would be so much easier if each order showed the price before postage could be applied. I am often using couriers as I am not confident that RM will give me a better price. Can this be done please?

  14. Add "Scanned No Signature" label for CRL24/48

    I'm still getting some CRL24/48 packages which aren't being scanned when posted through the letterbox, why not add a note on the label to remind the postman that they need to scan the item. I think it's all too easy for them to forget.

  15. New CN22 Click & Drop forms

    Not sure if you know how long an EORI number is!! But clearly you have not left enough space to include this in the space provided! You need to rejig your CN22 labels,
    Any chance we can add our EORI numbers and VAT numbers into our Click and Drop accounts so that they can be automatically populated on printing the CN22 labels?

    Since about noon we can barely generate an address label, we are seeing:

    Sorry, we were unable to generate your paperwork. Please quote reference 'xxxxxxxx' if contacting us for help.

    We've managed 3 in over an hour by attempting 'generate label' time and time again.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    There's over an hour wait on the contact number.

  17. 'Addressee Identification Reference Number' - clarity?

    This requirement now pops up for Russia, Peru, Canada, Australia, and Brazil.

    The official RM document, linked below, only mentions Russia and Brazil.

  18. Shipping Rules With 2 Products

    When using the shipping rules for an order with 2 or more items the C&D cannot comprehend the situation and errors out

    A simple solution would be to be able to select to either the bigger of the 2 packages allocated to each product - most of my items fit in large letter so if there is a large letter and a small parcel sku in the order then default to 1 small parcel for the order

    Secondly there should be an option to use combined weight/value/dims as a sorting method

  20. Customs Fields - Shipping Cost

    According to Royal Mail 'Electronic Customs Mandatory Fields' SHIPPING COST is the 'postage paid by the sender' and is entered as part of the Create Order process BEFORE you actually get to the step in the process where you enter package weight and postal service so how on earth do you know what to put in to the SHIPPING COST field without referring manually to the price list. Why cant SHIPPING COST be autocompleted by Click nDrop after the postal service/weight has been selected? Or is it acceptable to enter what the customer has paid for postage, rather than the…
