Hi
Could we have a way we can just click on issue returns label for items already sent it will then bill us and allow us to send to our customer, as at current we have to purchase a returns label on personal click and drop, as unregistered account to purchase one. you already have all the information needed on parcel weight and size. just need the option added using the same information but going from them to us.Would be great help

Beta UI Tracking numbers Do not Work
In the current version of the beta UI where the tracking number is shown if you click on this link it does not take you to the track and trace page and complete the tracking number like it used to, it now takes you to a Help page. Please can you fix this as otherwise it is pointless having the link there at all.

Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description
The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.
However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".
It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

Support Cloning Despatched Orders
Often, a customer returns a despatched item to swap for a different size, etc. It is currently not possible to generate a new label using the name & address details from an existing despatched order. Instead, the label for the replacement item needs to be created from scratch manually. Suggest providing a new option in the drop-down "action" box when looking at a past label order, to create a new label order using the same name, address and contact details.

BUG: Can't filter by country in the Beta version of Click and Drop
On the Beta version of OBA Click and Drop, you can sort by country, but you can't filter. When you try to click the drop down menu by 'Country', the whole section closes down as if you clicked off it. Needs fixing before the final build is released.

Ability to Filter the Collections Grid
"My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).
I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.
Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

Importing items weight from ebay
The biggest thing which is slowing me down is entering weight for each item after I sell it. It would be so much easier if click&drop OBA could import from ebay weights I enter , could we have this update ASAP please ?
Its a lot easier to pick up my items enter all specifics once list it ,and when sell it everything ready to go buy labels and ship, no messing around with weight.

Allow pre-payments to be made on Click & Drop
With the number of times Click and Drop payments have been down recently, my feature request is pre-pay. Parcelforce allows you to you add money to your postage account in advance. Each time you buy a label, the amount is deducted from this.
If my feature request was implemented, it would allow us to generate labels as normal when the payment system is down, and reduce the number of statement lines for us to reconcile for our bookkeeping.
This would be a game-changing feature for non-OBA Click and Drop users.

Make it so can select multiple orders on beta version (iPad)
On an iPad i cant select more than one order at a time to add postage. It works on a laptop but not on an iPad.

Country of Origin codes
Under Settings/Customs, the drop down menu for Country of Origin needs to separate Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK (GB).
Since January 2022 the Country of Origin code for Northern Ireland is XI.For GB it is XU.

Give reasons for declining an idea
If a reason is not given to decline feedback, especially for an obvious and cost saving idea that would save annoying your customers, it is just even more annoying! Could you not be properly customer focused and provide feedback or take on board your customers’ suggestions

Display prices before transaction is completed
Please can you confirm the cost of a transaction on Click & Drop before it is completed. It is very frustrating to complete something and find it is cheaper to send the parcel via a Send an Item.

Increase the print parameters for SKU on a 6x4 thermal label
A lot of our customers take advantage of offers which means they buy 8 items at once. The SKU on the 6x4 thermal label only shows 2 of the SKU in total. We need to use the SKU on the labels as a packing list. The character limit for SKU is 100 but only 2 of our SKU appear on the label (approx. 10 characters) and there is still plenty of space for them all to be printed. If there is space available for 100 characters on the label, why can't the all the SKU be printed?

beta version - not usable as the full product name is truncated with ...
Hi,
The new beta version is completely un-usable for our business as the product name is truncated showing ... at the end.
Our unique product code to identify the item that was sold is at the end of the product name therefore we will have to manually check eBay + Amazon to see what the customer has actually ordered.

beta version multiple tabs
Why does the new beta version of Open Orders seem to have a long list of tabs at the top with each order in it?
I didn't see them at first and kept getting a message up saying "too many tabs open close some" or something similar. Then i noticed them a couple of weeks after starting to try this beta version and there were hundreds open.
So i closed them all, but as soon as i clicked in each of the open ones on the page to apply postage, the tabs opened up again.

Print customs forms four to an A4 page
You already have the option of printing address labels four to an A4 page, but the customs forms print out only one to an A4 page. Massive waste of resources or time to correct it manually. Please offer the option to print customs forms four to an A4 page. Easy fix for an unnecessary problem.

Editing Return Address and Removing Duplicates
Using other addresses for return labels, moving house, errors can all impact on the return address function. Unfortunately the system saves all of these for eternity. Could there be an edit/delete function to ensure accuracy? Less waste and diversion?

How about an invoice that makes sense
How about putting useful infiormation on the invoice i.e letter, large, parcel etc.
Every line just shows the same item Royal Mail 24/48. You can only work out which is which by dividing total by quantity.
Can we also have the price per item shown on the line.
Seems the columns are already there ie format and unit cost, please add the info

Provide advance notice of Royal Mail postage price changes
It would be helpful if a message was provided to users when they log in to warn them of any upcoming price changes to Royal Mail's postal services, say 1-2 weeks in advance.
This would allow users to proactively made adjustments to their own shipping charges as necessary rather than having to monitor the Royal Mail website for price changes or else get caught out unexpectedly.
