  1. Reinstate the option to drop off rather than collection only

    option to drop off has been removed from posting larger letters - I don't want my items collected, I won't be at the premises, I'm 50m from a post box and I want my item to be sent the day i purchase the postage. Why on earth has this option been removed??

  2. Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals

    The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.

    We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.

    Hello. Please be aware that the IOSS scheme prohibits the merging or splitting of orders for the purposes of shipping. If your intended use is for shipments to the EU where the order is shipped under the IOSS scheme, you will be unable to merge or split orders for shipping.

  4. Automatically Import Images, Condition & QTY from Marketplaces

    Referring to Click & Drop and picking orders is a total nightmare... because you cannot see basic things like condition of a product (good, very good, new, etc) from eBay for example, also the quantity (some buyers purchase more than 1 of the same item) and images... (because some products have similar names, but look different, so you need to be careful to pick correct orders, it also makes picking orders faster/easier).

  5. Adding weights manually in open order screen before applying postage

    With the new accurate weight pre advice coming into force on the 28th March, allow customers to manually input the weight of each order into the open orders screen prior to applying postage. Only current way is to apply postage individually to each order which is time consuming. With same sku's having different manufacturing weights and packaging having different weights depending on how much is used or if an order has multiple SKU's its impossible to accurately enter the weights into the SKU database.

  7. Have the username clearly visible on the Dashboard screen

    Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account.   9. Don't put refunded orders back into the 'Ready for Printing' section

    When a label refund has been accepted, the order moves back into the 'Orders Ready for Printing' session. If you have orders in there that you haven't purchased yet, this can lead to re-purchasing the refunded label. You may find yourself stuck in the cycle forever 😱

  10. Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent

    Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

    Each time I want to send a parcel I need the process to be simple and fast, unfortunately, for sometime now this is not the case. For example: If I've selected to drop off the item, why does the site try to force me to have it collected from my home address?   15. Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label

    As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:

    (a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
    (b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.

    Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.

    It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

  17. All users to move orders from Dispatched to Label Generated

    If a user has accidentally moved an order to Dispatched, you can no longer book a collection for it. We tend to batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.

  18. IOSS reporting for 'documents'

    We sell books, which occasionally are quite heavy. If a book or set is over 2 kg, we cannot use the 'parcel' field on Click & Drop. We have been assured that we can, however, send them as 'documents' as long as no personal correspondence is included.

    However, if I select 'documents' the IOSS box in the customs field disappears. I am aware that Click & Drop is not currently set up for IOSS reporting for items marked as 'documents,' but it is necessary for our particular business to be able to do so. Our customers have already paid the…

  20. Allow us to buy return lables

    We use Click & Drop to send 5-10 parcels a week. But I cannot buy a label to email to a client to return parcels to us. This is because you auto-populate the Sender field with our address. Can you change your software so that we can edit the 'sender' field to be our suppliers address, then I can buy a label with us as the recipient and email it to them to use.
