Currently having to wait for orders to magically appear in C&D is a problem if you need to manifest in a hurry to meet collection deadline or post run. A 'refresh' button to check for and download orders and upload 'dispatched' status with tracking would be good.16 votes

We are having issue with Magento2 bundle products as click and drop is not importing the orders to with all bundle items. It is only showing the SKU and name of simple products inside the bundle product but not the name and sku of main bundle product.
Could you please provide any solution for this.1 vote
Hi, and thanks for your suggestions. As a Shipping Solution, Click & Drop does not offer the same functionality as subscription based order management software, and as such cannot support kit or variant products. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
When an order is cancelled on eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc it should be removed from C&D. Or at least highlighted as cancelled.72 votes

You really can't risk all our livelihoods by going into the Christmas period with C&D falling over so regularly.

The ability to connect to more than one Magento store is vital for our business. We have 4 different e-commerce websites that we run from the same Magento installation. Click and drop is of no use to us if we can only process orders from one website/store. Please implement multi-store support for Magento (1.9) as soon as possible.3 votes
Hi and thanks for your suggestion. It is already possible to implement multiple Magento stores to one Click & Drop account. During the integration process, you are given the option to select the store view for the store you wish to integrate with.

We provide several postage options for our customers. Most commonly 1st class standard, 1st class signed for and Special Delivery. Currently I have no idea which option they have selected. This needs to filter through from eBay along with the weights and sizes.
All our items are individual sizes, weights and prices. Currently the system us unusable as we don't know which service to assign. We can input this info when listing on eBay but the C&D needs to read it!46 votes
Thank you for your feedback. This is already possible to do. On your ‘Orders’ grid, select the small cog icon in the top right hand side of the grey bar – and then select ‘Store postage method’.
This will allow you to view the shipping method your customers chose in your eBay store.
eBay has either stopped cooperating with your platform as of June and requires re-authorising an existing connection to eBay.
We haven't had any notice about this from Royal Mail or eBay and it just appears to have stopped working.
Either eBay is responsible (they have an interest now in sellers using eBay Shutl for postage) else Royal Mail has changed something on its platform.
Either way, re-adding a connection and approving on the eBay side does not work still for me. The connection icon is green but it's not pulling orders into Click & Drop (nothing since June).1 vote
