Only around 50% of my CRL24 / 48 packages are actually scanned. Most arrive fine but it's very bad that so many aren't even scanned. It's a pointless service so I'm switching back to BPL - had enough.
Surely there's a case to made that if there is no scan at delivery you should get back the shipping fee? Anyone up for a class action?22 votes
Hi and thanks for your suggestions. I am sorry to hear that you have encountered issues with Royal Mail services.
We only handle the Click & Drop website itself. If you have any issues with Royal Mail products, services, or procedures, we would urge you to get in contact with the customer service team who will be able to help you.
Hi and thanks for your suggestions. I’m afraid this website is only for the Click & Drop website itself, so we are unable to assist with this complaint. We would urge you to contact Royal Mail customer services who will be able to help.
Hi you currently have click and drop desktop, it would be massively beneficial for us to have this on an app for android/ios
There are many businesses who have one or two people who can apply postage to the account on a desktop
Having the ability to do this on an app would allow a lot more mobile agile working and save a lot of time for businesses and be hugely impactive for us and others4 votes
Hi all and thanks for your suggestions. There are currently no plans to optimise Click & Drop for use on mobile devices and/or tablets or to create a specific app for mobiles.
If there is enough demand for a mobile version of the website – we will give this further consideration for the future.
Some online businesses like me don't send much post. Often I hand in 4 huge mail sacks containing about 10 letter sized packages between them, tied with thick plastic cable ties. It would be better to have the option of ordering small size sacks if they are needed.
Also the sacks should be turned inside out when they are emptied because a few times I have found letters or parcels in them (which I put back through), which explains some of the lost or late post.2 votes
Hi and thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, this is for feedback on the Click & Drop website only. We are unable to assist with general Royal Mail posting or service options.
We would strongly urge you to contact customer services who would be able to help:
What a truly awful Awful AWFUL system this is for the ordinary person-in-the-street. Bring back the old system.

thanks for your feedback, we are sorry you are struggling with Click & Drop, however there are no plans to reintroduce the Online Postage System.
If you feed back the issues you are struggling with, we will look to help you with these and should you have any suggested improvements, we can investigate if these are already in plan or are something we will consider for future releases.

UNBELIEVABLE - Royal Mail, how about getting your act together and get what we pay for done correctly, we pay for RM24 and 48 also Signed For, and still we get an unacceptable amount of non scans and items posted through the doors with no signature, YET you have the audacity to put prices up!!!
Doing the job correctly you may just save money. Get a grip and sort this out. How this company is still operating is amazing.1 vote
