I can't find any documentation on what to call the fields for automatic import1 vote
You don’t need to call it specific names in your export file, you need to map it once when you import the details. We recommend you have a header row to enable easy mapping but the link below explains how to upload a file and map it the first time.

Amazon international stores can now be linked to Click and Drop. If you click on the settings area within Click and Drop, then Channels and Stores and then add new store, then choose Amazon and enter the approprioate details and select the relevant country where the store is based, you can then link for example Amazon DE to your UK Click and Drop account

You are now able to map the required service for an order when importing a CSV file.

Allow you to save the field mappings to use again. Exported shopify orders are always in the same format, so if postcode was in column 7 on the first .csv it will always be in column 7. Ideally be able to save different mappings for different ecommerce platforms, e.g. Shopify, Squarespace, etc.2 votes
An issue has been found whereby if an order being imported doesn't contain a well-formatted email address then it will fail to import.
The Click & Drop Development Team are working to correct this issue, and a fix is scheduled to be applied this evening.
Should you have any questions regarding this issue please do not hesitate to contact the Click & Drop Support Team, who will be happy to help.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
