  1. Woocommerce Email Addresses and Confirming Tracking Numbers

    After 6 months hard work in redeveloping our website and moving it over to woocommerce we have just noticed that RM click and drop dosent import email addresses or phone numbers from customers orders nor does it confirm tracking numbers back to woo commerce.

    This has been discussed many times on this forum and a lot of your customers want it but its been denied. I'm raising this with you to ask if you will please revisit it and find a fix. Thanks

    Hi,

    You’ll be pleased to hear that we have added the option to mark orders as ‘Despatched by other courier’, which can be performed on the ‘Apply postage’ stage of order processing, or via shipping rules.

    This will keep the order in Click & Drop, but it will not appear in your ‘New orders’, ‘Orders ready for printing’, ‘Orders ready for despatch’, or ‘Orders despatched today’ dashboard figures. You will not be able to apply postage or generate labels for orders marked as despatched by another courier, but you will be able to reset or delete the order if you decide.

  3. Allow import of orders with a custom status

    C&D is a pain to use, so many things that it could easily do but doesn't, another thing that I can't fathom is why C&D only imports Magento orders as "Processing", trouble is with that is that we use several couriers and C&D is bringing in orders for UPS, collection orders etc. and it just makes finding orders in the list to ship even longer than it should be. We have a customer order status for "Packed - Ready to ship - Royal Fail", all I should do really is paste that description into C&D and C&D only import orders…

  4. Integration with Marketplaces is very poor

    The Click and Drop link with Amazon and eBay is very poor. If you want to link to a market place, then when an order is marked as dispatched, then on click and drop it should be marked as dispatched so that another label is not create.

    We use two or three couriers, so if a label is created in another system, the item is then marked as sent on for example Amazon. But Click and Drop still shows it as an order not dispatched. The sync is not two way nor is it any good.

    Hi,

    Thank you for you comment. We are sorry that you find the integrations with Marketplaces very poor for your needs. The functionality to import orders directly from a marketplace and channel is a very well used feature in Click & Drop and has been seen as a more efficient way to import orders than was available in DMO.

    Click & Drop will only import orders that are in a paid and unshipped status at the time of importing. As you have stated it does not recheck the status of an order in your Marketplace after the initial import.

    It is now possible to mark an order as Despatched by other courier. This can be done manually when viewing an order in the Overview screen, or by using a Shipping Rule that can be applied to orders being imported and can be based on your In Store Shipping Method.

  5. Magento Mark as Dispatched

    Rather than marking as dispatched and notifying customers via email and text when a label is created, it would be more useful if this happened with the order or batch is manifested.
    Occasionally we cancel or amend labels throughout the day, by which time the details have already been pushed through to Magento and sent to the customer.
    When we manifest the order or batch, this is the moment when it is completely finalised and the customer should be notified/Magento updated.

    this capability already exists in Click & Drop. The first point is to ensure that within the Magento Integration the ‘mark orders as despatched’ is active on your integration. Then click on the Miscellaneous tab on the area and turn off the ‘mark as despatched when label is generated’, this then sends the data when you manifest your items

  6. send tracking number to magento

    I don't know if it's already possible (it doesn't seem to be on my site), but it would be really helpful if the tracking number could be sent from C&D to Magento when an order is sent.

    Hi,

    It is possible to send the Tracking Number (if applicable) to your Magento site from Click & Drop. In order for this to work, the “Mark orders as despatched on channel” option must be ticked in the Magento section of the “Channels and stores” settings page.

  9. unpaid eBay orders appearing in Click & Drop

    Yesterday (25th October 2017) I noticed that an eBay order which hasn't been paid for yet has appeared in Click & Drop. This is very worrying as I usually rely on the fact that orders would only appear when they were ready to be dispatched. It was lucky I spotted the problem as we nearly posted an order which hadn't been paid for

  10. Please don't tell us that integration with a partner is now live until it really is.

    As an OBA customer I received a leaflet this week telling me that integration with Notonthehighstreet is now live. Not so!
    Please advertise launch dates instead.

  11. How to generate end of day customer collection receipt on C&D as we do on DMO account?

    I am using royalmail collection service, I need printed out an the end of day customer collection receipt from DMO for hand to the driver who come to collection. but NOW I am trying to use click& Drop to save some jobs for copy and paste the addresses but how can I get the end of day customer colleciton receipt to give the royalmail driver for collection? thx

  12. NON royal Mail products Causing MAJOR issues !

    The Click and Drop system is excellent BUT.... THERE ARE TWO MASSIVE FLAWS !!!

    1. We ship between 300 - 400 items per day. Some unfortunately are not Royal Mail items (Flammable / Aerosol) These items have to be manually removed / cancelled from click and drop AND ebay. Due to Click and drop working as the PRIMARY software for us for shipping we then have to go back to ebay and work from there instead. Surely the answer is to put a label option of "other courier" so it can be incorporated into one manifest for the day, meaning…

    thanks for the suggestions, we do take on board all comments raised through the user voice forum and use this channel to understand customer ideas but also the demand for the associated improvement. The more customers who support an idea then factors into our considerations as to when and if we are going to make changes in Click & Drop. We don’t respond to all suggestions as we want to give customers the opportunity to make their voices known in an open forum before we respond or act on the ideas.

    In terms of your first suggestion, we are currently working on developing the existing shipping rules functionality within Click & Drop to allow orders to be marked as an ‘other courier’. This will then allow a label to be produced without postage and would be discounted from any data to be sent to OBA and also allow…

    Within Click and Drop you can set up a shipping rule to cater for the Amazon Expidited service and automatically add this to the relevant Royal Mail postage product you have access to on your account.   14. eBay notes to Buyer

    We often get messages from buyers and we add these to the "Notes to buyer" field. This is then printed on the ebay invoice and helps us when picking and packing orders. We would need to have this field imported from ebay and printed when using C&D.

    Hi it defeats the whole purpose that we have to sit and create every single order we receive from Amazon US, EU, DE, IT, ES, FR.

    If you connect one, I think you should please connect the others as well if not it defeats the purpose

    Hi

    Amazon international stores can now be linked to Click and Drop. If you click on the settings area within Click and Drop, then Channels and Stores and then add new store, then choose Amazon and enter the approprioate store details and select the relevant country where the store is based, you can then link for example Amazon DE to your UK Click and Drop account

  17. Check ebay addresses

    Many ebay addresses are defective (missing house number or street or wrong post code). Instead of printing what is imported auto check against post code database and flag the incorrect ones.

    NB ebay have zero interest in fixing their address data.
