  1. INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE SERVICED DO NOT REFLECT ACTUAL POSTAGE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

    When you send an item to a certain country only the relevant services should be appear and be available.
    so for example we ship a parcel to czech republic, the only way you can ship to this country is tracked & signed, but all options are available, (signed or tracked)
    If the service is not available for that country their should not be an option.
    We have many items returned for this reason, but no refund , so you have to do a new label and pay twice.
    This has been an issue since the launch of Click and drop…

  2. Allow us to put price and HS code in without having to go to products

    ebay integration for non-EU countries does not allow you to input HS Tariffs or change the price of product on the C&D shipping page now, you have to go to product and back again, if it is going to be the customs rule now that these have to be done digitally then we need the chance to adjust the price of product and check HS code is right before committing to shipping, I refund TAX on ebay purchases made from outside the EU but as the ebay/C&D import as already took place then the product price is showing wrong to…

  3. Allow shipping rules to delete orders

    We use Shopify but this applies to most if not all sales channels. We have Shopify linked with Click & Drop such that our orders come in automatically. However, as well as Royal Mail, we offer some other shipping services (for example, DHL and FedEx) as well as an in-store collection option. It would be useful to be able to, using shipping rules, have Click & Drop delete an order for a given 'store postage method'. Currently it is only possible to apply a postage method to one of these. At the moment we have to manually delete those orders…

    Hi,

    You’ll be pleased to hear that we have added the option to mark orders as ‘Despatched by other courier’, which can be performed on the ‘Apply postage’ stage of order processing, or via shipping rules.

    This will keep the order in Click & Drop, but it will not appear in your ‘New orders’, ‘Orders ready for printing’, ‘Orders ready for despatch’, or ‘Orders despatched today’ dashboard figures. You will not be able to apply postage or generate labels for orders marked as despatched by another courier, but you will be able to reset or delete the order if you decide.

  4. Why don't shipping rules let me select International Tracked & Signed?

    I can create a rule to automatically set UK 1st class, but for Europe I can't select Tracked & Signed?

    It would be great to see prices displayed next to service options during the booking process. This could help my staff make an informed decision on the level of service to use on each package without needing a separate window open for "Price Finder" site.

    Seeing as the existing price finder site can generate this info from basic package details it seems it could be a simple and useful addition to integrate into the Click & Drop app...

    Hi,

    Thank you for your comments about Click & Drop, we are pleased that you are finding the site great!

    Unfortunately, displaying the price before manifesting for OBA customers is not as straight forward as it would appear. This is due to the way that the pricing is calculated on OBA, and is based on the overall weight of the shipment.
    The final price of the manifest is displayed once completed. We are looking at showing the estimated price before manifesting, and we will keep you posted as we have more information on this.
