    It's already the case that labels from business click&drop accounts don't show the price on them. Only personal click&drop do.

    There is a message that Tracked24/48 can't be accepted at post offices on a warning screen before paying. The "Customer Service Point" will be a counter at the sorting office where they can accept it.

    1) Go here:
    https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you/

    2) use your location / enter your postcode

    3) click "delivery/post offices"

    The sites with Royal Mail logos on them will accept the item. The sites with Post Office logos on them will not.

    At the moment I do not believe this is something Royal Mail can change. All Postage Companies have to include a UPU S10 tracking number for Customs purposes. When you pay for the "Tracked" service, the sending UPU delivery member (in our case, Royal Mail) pays the recipient UPU member (e.g. Malta Post) an extra fee to treat the item as a "Registered item" and scan it within their network. When you buy International Standard (or International Economy) that fee is not paid, so the recipient delivery company does not provide the tracking data to Royal Mail. (Whether the recipient delivery company is actually scanning it and processing it internally doesn't actually help - they haven't been paid to provide the tracking data, so they wont).

    I just drop Tracked 24/48 items in the "franked mail only" shoot at the local RM Customer Service point. I don't get proof of postage, and the delivery office seems to refuse to do an "arrival scan", meaning that most of my items first scan in the Royal Mail network is sometimes hundreds of miles away (hardly tracked), but nothing has gone missing... yet.

    rare but it happens, just request a refund for that label and make a new one. i've noticed it screws up if the length of line 1 is too long (international ebay buyers seem to love putting their whole address as line 1). I just make a manual order and split the line1 into line2

    it already does this if you select a service that offers email/sms (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24/48)

    you can already do this, just select 6x4 labels in the click&drop settings, then set your PDF reader software to put 2 pages onto one A4 sheet at the printing stage.

    you can also just buy a 6x4 label printer and not mess around with printing in A4 and sticking things on manually.

    Because you're paying for Royal Mail 24/48 which is a lot cheaper service than Royal Mail Tracked24/48. Your account manager can give you pricing and add the service to your account.

    this isn't a support channel it's a place to request new features.

    refunds can be requested inside click&drop, just click on the order and select "request refund" from the drop down menu in the bottom right.

    the QR code printed labels are for taking to royal mail delivery offices & customer support points. NOT Post Offices.

    It literally says in the email with the QR code "print your label at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point." not sure why you're annoyed it doesn't work at 3 post offices, it never claimed to. Completely separate business to royal mail and has been for years.

    the click&drop business accounts do prepare a manifest with a barcode on them that scans in all your orders at the post office, and has a section at the bottom for a accepting officers signature / stamp. It isn't available on personal accounts because they are for ad hoc usage.
