I had a look in my products area and saw something new, Harmonization code. I think that is what Lee Harvey is talking about, from looking at the help icon that is along side it, looks like it is for commercial products that need to be included on customs declarations?

I tend to right click on the feedback link in the footer at the bottom of all Click & Drop pages and click open in a different tab or a new page, that way the feedback page is completely separate from what I'm doing in Click & Drop.

After speaking to tech support about the same thing, it seems there are several ways to import products to Click & Drop. The first is when you import orders through the channel integrations but the orders have to contain a single product item. Another way to import products is to do it through a CSV or XLS file which seems the best way to do it. I use Product Name, Product SKU, Weight in KG, Domestic Package Size, International Package Size, Product Price, Stock Location, Inventory and Image URL as my column titles in the spreadsheet file then fill in the products details for each of the columns and they import really quickly, https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/products/import/ hardest thing to remember was if I changed some details for my product import file I have to remember to change the create drop down on the product file import page to create & update so it updates products that are already there.

A few things to be mindful of when getting SKU's on a shipping label, 1st make sure that all of the products you are going to include in an order have SKU's, 2nd make sure that in Settings>>Templates whichever template you have chosen has the tick box Include product SKUs on label ticked. Once those things are in place you should see your product SKU's showing on the shipping label.

First of all make sure you have created the products in the Click & Drop products page you want to add to a manual order. Now go to https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/login/ and login, next go to Orders and click Create order button, fill in the details of the order then click the Add products button, this will open a dialogue showing a drop down called Product name/SKU. Click the drop down and choose a product this will then display below the product drop down where you can change the amount of that product to be sent with the order.
Now if you click the product drop down again it will let you add another product from your list of products but not the one you have already added, you can add as many products to an order as you have created in the products area of Click & Drop https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/products/
