It confusing staff because you're sending your mail incorrectly.
All letter should be in the mailbag. You hand them the manifest paperwork only.
No letters should be scanned by any royal mail post office staff as it's not there department
The mail goes to separate royal mail department, which scans those barcodes.
We made this mistake too.
