Today I have now been contacted by another agent who tells me the other guy who was dealing with me is in Hospital and she can't access his account to see if IT have responded to him so she has sent it again to IT.
I can see that somebody has been experimenting with the batches I have left for them but still I am in limbo!! Still unable to Batch Generate Labels or Batch Print.
Dropbox gets the furthest down the process, this actual generates the Labels but Print Assist does not Auto print them so I have to log in to C & D I try to print from there but still I get the error when trying to print the Drop Box Generated Labels.
Who ever this company is who's providing this system need sacking! I think its Volo formally eSeller Pro. They are just like the rest of them like Channel Advisor and the sorts. Understaffed and all they want is their commissions.
If I would have gone with anybody Royal Mail it would have been Linnworks. They know what they are doing and react very, very quickly!

I connected Customer Support 2nd July and still this is not sorted. Its now with IT I am told!
It should work at the outset. Everybody who's currently using it and used it from the start must process each order separately because batch processing does not work. Hence the reason for it being passed to IT from Customer Services.
This is ridiculous!!!!

I have requested print assist and they replied yesterday saying my other issues have been resolved and print assist had been enabled. Guess What? Generating Labels has gone worse, now can only generate one at a time before the limit was 3 and Print Assist Icon has not appered and I stil cannot loginto print assists!
Total Waste of time!!! I am so glad DMO is still working if it wasn't I would be seriously in the deep and sticky stuff.
2 Weeks on my own and having to deal with all this crap and now I have discovered my photos going missing off eBay!!! Technical Glitch I am told!!!
At least its Friday (I will be in Sat Sun though) :-(
I was forced into this by a third party carrier who said DMO was being switched off 30th June. They gave me 3 days to switch over. I manged to recode my system to adopt this Click & Connect junk, uploaded a few tests then enabled DropBox. All seemed ok until I tried generating a batch of labels or anything more than 3 labels at a time! All I get is an error at the bottom of the page and Technical will not respond to either the carrier, me or their account manager.

With every press of the 'Generate Labels Link' I get the same error but with a different reference number.
Royal Mail you really are taking the **ss. You are at risk of closing businesses down what are you doing? At least have the courtesy and professionalism to respond!
Luckily for me DMO is still working, if it had been switched off I don't know what we would have done!!!!Ry Pie Andy supported this idea ·
