This happens ONLY when you leave the browser open with an unused active click and drop session for any length of time.
Its not quite long enough for you to be logged out, but it is long enough for this error to happen.
I'm guessing this is a stale cache issue which I've consistently replicated in all browsers.
Open click and drop window, don't use it for say 10-15 minutes, without refreshing the page go about generating your labels and you will see the issue on the last "Label Generation" step.
Glad i moved to a business account and now use the scan and print and auto print features as i no longer am plagued with these bugs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for our system to be in constant communication with eCommerce stores due to the technical demand required.
However, we can see how this would be a very useful and time-saving feature, and so we will give this request proper consideration for the future.
Communication shouldnt be an issue and this should be included within the timed updates that already happen with ecommerce stores.
i mark an order dispatched in c&d and eventually it syncs with eBay etc. I recieve an order on ebay and it eventually syncs with click and drop.
These are two consistant communication points where orders and information is being synced and a cancellation check isnt hard logic to include when running through the pre-existing sync orders procedures.

Every "Column" is filterable within click in drop making what you are asking already very easy to do.
Lets not waste time on duplicate features.
Thank you all for your suggestions. We understand the importance of this feature for our customers who directly integrate their eCommerce stores. We are beginning to plan how to add in the functionality to split, merge, and clone orders.
However, we cannot give you a time for when this will be completed as we are currently working on a range of other useful features.
