    I've experienced the occasional problem with label generation (ie, not printing and the pdf not actually appearing), but have normally been able to print by regenerating labels, or logging out, going back in the following morning and doing the same. However, I'm now finding the problem with each order, and no matter how many times I try regenerating labels - even going back in the next day - the blue band at the bottom of the screen where the pdf normally appears just slips away BEFORE the pdf document itself forms, so I have no label. I have to take the QR code to the Post Office so they can print there, but this is far from ideal. If labels came up in the confirmation email, as with some other carriers, it would be easier to print from there instead. Getting very frustrating!
