    Please make the individual postage costs visible at the time of applying the postage before printing the label to help us choose the correct one. We've had to create a paper spreadsheet which we've had to cross-reference against our invoices! It's very confusing not being able to see the prices. Even a guide price would do the job.

    Please log into OBA where you’ll find a link on the homepage to our new dedicated online claim form

    But I can't see or find any such link.

    So it looks like we'll be carrying on with the traditional paper forms instead.

    If you look at what's written against Tracked and Signed For packages you will see the levels of cover, ie £50, £100, etc. Having an OBA doesn't negate any insurance for lost items.

    Royal Mail is looking into options for introducing a process to ease the claims process by supplying claims data in a simpler way. The investigation work is being carried out and we will then look as to when we can fit this into the development roadmap fro Click & Drop alongside the other requests we receive.

    When a firm date for introducing this new feature, we will communicate through the user voice and message centre in Click & Drop

    I would also like to see the postage, it's always been a want of mine. Recently spent more than necessary trying to fathom the most cost effective way to send a lost of post. Signed For is seemingly not part of a cost effective solution any more.
