Hi I have selected my items to be collected from my location but I have no option to pick a safe place when I use click and drop. However if I go onto Royal Mail's website and send a parcel I have the option there to pick a safe place from a drop down menu. I have been trying to find out where I indicate the safe place is on Click and Drop and all I can do is go into preferences and update my collection address but NOT safe place. I had to go to google which told me I had to download the app and then I could enter my safe place on the app!!!! Can we please have a drop down option to choose a safe place on click and collect either when we create a collection or as a preference on our profile.
