    Contacted clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com as instructed several times with no response. Can someone get back to me please?

    I believe I have been messaged on our Click & Drop dashboard advising us to check what email we are sending. We are sending the customer email in the recipient object in the API calls correctly. You will be able to see this in your logs.
