  1. Give printable instructions with the manifest for untrained staff

    Often staff don't know what to do with click and drop, it would be useful to have an optional instruction sheet to print with the manifest so that the staff know what to do with it. Places like spar seem to be getting new staff in all the time that don't know how to handle click and drop. Like one bloke was there for ages sticking new tracking numbers on everything because the system wasn't recognising them. Surely it's more simple than that.

  2. New business account 6 weeks - no contact at all

    A great idea to stop Royal Mail loosing money would be for businesses who wish to set up business account and have Small parcels attached to their account - instead of letting me post the idea contact them back in a timely manner instead of having them wait weeks on end with nothing.

    So in short for Royal Mail to make more money take on the new business. - Also even the local postman and postmaster has been unable to get anyone to contact us - so as a result we've gone with a competitor.

  3. 'Customer service Point' filter on map search for Tracked 24/48 drop off

    I am first time user of click and drop. I purchased 'Track 48' for my parcel. In the instructions it stated '3 Take your item to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.' with 'Customer Service Point' as a link to your services near me map search. I was unable to determine from the map results which locations are 'Customer Service Points'. I wasted time walking to my nearest post office who, could not take it. I am now unsure which local branches will take it and may be driving around all afternoon regretting not paying £4 more for sending from…

  4. ... put right the faulty purchasing element of the new click and drop system

    My idea is that 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!". We have had problems purchasing from Click and Drop. It's rather frustrating when things were working perfectly well before the new system was put in place. I have contacted support.
    Further, please make sure that the refund system works properly and promptly.

    I've just used your 'beta' service and it really isn't as good as the old. The old system sent the tracking number if sent recorded. The only place i've seen it now is on the label attached to the parcel. If it gets lost how are we suppose to claim without a tracking number in confirmation. Also on the old system, the certificate of posting and the label wasn't printed onto separate pieces of paper. The new 'beta' system prints onto both. Whilst i can see a saving in paper it was much better to have them on separate pages…

  6. Remove postage cost from total order value on Custom Declaration label

    I just noticed with the latest Click&Drop update, the postage cost paid by the customer gets added to the total order value on the Customs Declaration label.
    I don't think that's correct, if the customer has to pay import fees these should be applied only to the value of the items purchased.

    Would be better if the Paypal popup actually popped up in a NEW TAB or NEW WINDOW rather than intergrated in the existing page as thats whats causing the hang on Firefox.

  8. Create a plug in for importing of email address & telephone numbers from Woocommerce into Click & Drop

    Integration with Woo Commerce is great, however it is not importing the customers telephone and email address into Click and Drop so I am having to input them all. Contacted customer support who were no use, said it comes from the billing address. The info is in the billing address and is not importing!
    Has anyone else managed to do this?

  9. Post a notice when you're going offline (or send out an email to registered users)

    I get back from work and have post to get ready late in the evening as this is the only time I can do this (the whole purpose of click and drop to do this out of hours I would think) and after only using this for 2 weeks it's gone down before midnight a few times. If I knew it was going to go down soon for maintenance, I'd try and get the postage ready sooner. Having said that it's too early to be taking it offline so often as it's proving inconvenient and time consuming with wasted time…

  10. Emergency Process

    The awful Click and Drop solution keeps going down, leaving us and many other businesses unable to dispatch parcels and disappointing customers. Nobody at the RM answers the phone and the chat system goes offline when it happens, which in itself is really unhelpful. I've been give a form by my Account Manager, to complete when this happens. It's a pathetic 'emergency procedures' form with no instructions etc. The collection officers don't know about it. RM needs to get a proper emergency process in place, which can be used when C&D goes down, and then tell customers about it, train…

I like & use the download for Ebay orders it is quicker & easier for me & many others I spoke too: .... Do not like new c&d portal........ I do not do CVS files - I do not understand them... I like to download orders easily which you cannot do on Royal mail new portal.. The new one I cannot do this you have made things harder NOT easier?????

  12. Very disappointed with Click and Drop.

    I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the frequency that 'click and drop' is 'unavailable'. I run a small business from home and this is creating a lot of problems for me. The old system was FAR better!!!

  13. Scan drop offs so we can track our parcels

    I have a parcel I dropped off at my local delivery office at 10am yesterday morning, this wasn't scanned so as far as ebay / the buyer is concerned, I've not posted the item, it still shows "We're expecting it"

  14. Enable Click and drop user to be able to order guaranteed Saturday delivery online.

    Page shows box for guaranteed Saturday delivery but customers are not able to click it! Enable Friday posters ability to order Saturday delivery postage.

    Wanted to post a comment to congratulate you on Click and Drop. I used the old service for several years and resisted moving over until the last minute.

    I wish i'd done it sooner! I've never used a new software product that is so so so much better than its predecessor - amazing job!

    It's easy to use, easy to understand and saves an awful lot of time - brilliant.

  16. Optimise printing of address labels

    Why can't you (THE CUSTOMER) select where on the page the label will be printed? I have four labels per page and can only print one address label. When the label shows the return details why does it print another return label.
    Awful system going back to hand written and stamps.

    Hello, I was wondering if they is a way to get a single invoice for orders? At the moment you can only get a printable invoice for the month but we need to be able to print invoices off for per order?
