Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface
I was sad to see that the old interface will be retiring on 31 Jan as I much prefer that interface when it comes to user friendliness.
May I suggest the following to add to the new interface:1) add a Country option in columns so that I can sort the orders by Country, this was present in the old interface but not the new one.
2) allow the expanding of further information of an order within the page itself, instead of opening to a new tab. (an expand all button would be great too) I've looked into the settings…

Support Adding Credit to Accounts to Reduce Card Payments
Have the abililty to pre load the account with funds so that we don't have to authorise a credit card transaction or paypal transaction every time we produce a label

Calculate 'CN22 Item Weight Total' as sum of Contents
CN22 Item Weight Total is for the total combined weight of the items inside the package. The contents of the package. It should not be the same as the weight as shown on the postage label.

Allow non business to use PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) service
Smaller businesses that don't send frequently are currently barred from using the OBA and have to use the personal account click and drop. Yet its small businesses that are less likely to have their own IOSS set up and need or want to use a DDP service.
I send less than 20 a week but a large part of them are international and high value. I would like the have the option to ensure the customers don't get extra charges on delivery.
This is offered by many couriers, why not Royal Mail? Limiting the service to OBA members cuts out…

Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items
I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?
It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

Put the warning back on Orders with address Issues at checkout
Why have you removed the warning triangle from the payment page where there is a character Click & Drop doesn't like?
I've been trying to process a payment, but it just hangs on the payment processing page and doesn't accept the payment or create the labels.
Because the warning triangle has disappeared I didn't realise that the issue was in an address.
Better yet, stop not allowing orders that have a hyphen or comma.

Marking orders as despatched (option to clear Old Orders)

Summary
In relation to orders that have not been marked as despatched - Perhaps it would be helpful to:
1) Ensure that the system ignores older orders as clearly they have been dealt with after a certain timeframe (1 week?)
2) Perhaps offer a way to filter this section by date, and have the option to simply clear old items.=======

Unmark the despatched items when despatched ready for the next batch
Please can you look at 'unmarking' the despatched items. We're a small business who didn't get authorised for a OBA account even though we have been trading since 2015 but we send a lot of samples to nurses and clinics etc. Once they have despatched and the label created it would be nice not to have to go in and manually unmark all the boxes in the Beta set up as if we've just sent 30-40 samples and you miss just one its a pain to have to start again at the top. Support Permanent Setting To Include Post Office Drop-Off In Price
Please add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually.

Option for generated labels to be opened only
Enable a setting which allows the option for generated labels to be opened only and not automatically downloaded to files as current, which increases the workflow, creating extra admin to locate and delete files as well as taking up storage. It may be useful for some users for automatic download for not others.

Royal Mail App Proof of Postage
Dear Royal Mail,
The Royal mail app does not provide proof of postage for tracked 48 parcels and keeps saying pending when my parcels have been scanned through Royal mails network when dropped off either at a parcel box or Royal mail delivery office. Without proof of postage I can't make a claim if my parcels get lost or damaged during delivery. The only option I have is to go to the post office wait in the queue sometimes more then 15 minutes and get charged 16p for each parcel which adds up to a lot of money. I have…

Electronic customs declaration
Why is the electronic customs declaration only for 8 items? Probably it is enough if to send abroad a small parcel. But if to send a big parcel of 5 or more kg, then it is a tricky to declare all items. Could you please improve the declaration adding more lines to declaration.

Charging The 16p Supplement Charge Separately Causing Issues With Accounts Software Package
This is causing havoc with my accounts package. If I have to pay an extra 16pence, it should be taken off at source, as it is difficult to balance books with an after the fact transaction.

Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation
Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation of what has been collected, so I have proof of posting.
I often want to send extra items with my booked collection. However, the extra items do not appear on the email confirmation of collection. This leaves me without proof of posting. The email should include booked and extra items.

Collections Statuses Aren't Always Updated
The status of a Collection doesn't always update properly. I have several of collections that were collected but in my account appears as awaiting collection. One of them was collected, but appears as 'Attempted', and the email said the item wasn't available for collection, so now I don't have any proof of postage for an international shipping.

Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description
The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.
However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".
It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries
When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.
The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.
This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

Status Heading
With the new layout, it is hard to differentiate an order's status quickly by glancing down the column. Whether it says Postage Applied, or Label Generated, they are both the same width and colour. If Label Generated was a little longer (or vice versa) a quick glance down the column could identify those orders not yet completed. This was much easier to identify on the old layout.
