Address Finder Clears Name and Company Fields After April 2026 Update
The April 2026 update introduced changes to the name, company name, and address input block. If an address is verified by running it through the address finder again, any previously entered customer or company name is wiped. This is most important for orders imported through an integration.
Please could this screen be updated so that name fields are not cleared when an address lookup is performed.

Allow copy & paste / drag & drop into address search box on Create Order page
On the new Click & Drop “Create Order” page, the “Search for an Address book entry or a UK address” field no longer allows copy & paste or drag & drop of addresses.
This was possible in the previous version and was a huge time-saver when processing orders from platforms like eBay and Amazon Seller Central.
At the moment:
You can still paste or drag & drop into fields like Name, Company, Email, and Phone Number
But the address search box does not accept pasted or dragged textThis means addresses now have to be typed manually, which:

Add Ability to Clone Products
When I create a product I would like to be able to duplicate it.
I only have to modify my SKUs for each product I post as the rest of the properties of the product remain the same.

Ability to Filter the Collections Grid
"My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).
I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.
Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.
