This is now being investigated by the Integrations Team to ensure that the correct values are being entered onto any customs documentation.
In order to help us further please could you contact the Royal Mail Support Team via the support page and provide details of an order that has had this issue so that we can investigate this further?

Thank you for your patience - we're in the last stages of testing this at the moment and will be launching soon.
An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you all for your feedback. There are no current plans to implement a direct integration for Wix stores, however we will consider this for future development.
In the meantime, we recommend using our Click & Drop Desktop application as a quick and effective way to import orders into Click & Drop.
