    IOSS should be stored on trading names for customers who are importing files from multiple marketplaces and a different trading names stored for the different marketplaces negating the need to enter the details on each import file.

    For customers who have a direct integration into marketplaces like ebay, Amazon, NOTHS etc. and we pull the orders into Click & Drop from the channel, we will store the appropriate marketplace IOSS number and automatically apply the marketplace IOSS number on the orders for less than 150 Euros in the electronic data we pass when the end of day manifest or the label is purchased. Customers do not need to do anything different in these scenario’s the software will do the work on your behalf.

    Hi all. In your settings > trading names, you can add various international tax schemes. If you have your own IOSS number, you can add this in the dropdown under 'European Union'.
    We will automatically use the IOSS stored against your trading names. When importing orders via CSV or API, you can include a 'Trading name' field.
    You can use the same trading name for different marketplaces if you wish.
    As soon as marketplace specific IOSS numbers are available to us, we will use these automatically for all valid orders from that marketplace.

    Your column preferences are stored in your local cache and cookies, so we would recommend that you do not automatically clear cache/cookies between each session.

    Hi Everyone - we can see how excited you are about getting your Wix orders into Click & Drop.

    Thank you all for your feedback. There are no current plans to implement a direct integration for Wix stores, however we will consider this for future development.
    In the meantime, we recommend using our Click & Drop Desktop application as a quick and effective way to import orders into Click & Drop.

    Hi and thanks for your suggestion. Offering Mac support for our Click & Drop Desktop application is currently in the late stages of development, but we can’t offer a date of completion just yet. We apologise for the delay, and we will post further updates as soon as we are available.

    Hi and thanks for your suggestion. We are currently developing a mac version, and so we will amend the help content.
    There is no definite date yet for when we plan to discontinue our Dropbox integration, but we will let our customers know well in advance.

    Thank you all for your suggestions. We understand the importance of this feature for our customers who directly integrate their eCommerce stores. We are beginning to plan how to add in the functionality to split, merge, and clone orders.
    However, we cannot give you a time for when this will be completed as we are currently working on a range of other useful features.
