  1. Tracking: Show a shipment has been 'Collected'

    When using the "Book a collection" service, It would be nice if the scan that the postman did on collection would update the tracking status.

  2. Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals

    The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.

    We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.

    Would it be possible for you to update your integration to cover this so that you are pulling in the data for both Order events and Fullfillment events in…

  3. Allow pre-payments to be made on Click & Drop

    With the number of times Click and Drop payments have been down recently, my feature request is pre-pay. Parcelforce allows you to you add money to your postage account in advance. Each time you buy a label, the amount is deducted from this.

    If my feature request was implemented, it would allow us to generate labels as normal when the payment system is down, and reduce the number of statement lines for us to reconcile for our bookkeeping.

    This would be a game-changing feature for non-OBA Click and Drop users.

  4. Don't put refunded orders back into the 'Ready for Printing' section

    When a label refund has been accepted, the order moves back into the 'Orders Ready for Printing' session. If you have orders in there that you haven't purchased yet, this can lead to re-purchasing the refunded label. You may find yourself stuck in the cycle forever 😱

  5. Deleting "Where are you sending it from" addresses.

    I'd like to be able to delete old addresses from the "where are you sending it from"/"sender" tab.

    I'm always afraid I'll click the wrong address by accident.

  6. The ability to confirm/remove/delete a collection

    "My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).

    I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.

    Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

  7. Provide an option to report errors

    On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

  8. Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated

    Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

  9. Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items

    I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.

    It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

    Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

  11. Automatically refund postage when label generation fails

    It is very frustrating when you pay to produce postage labels, then the email you receive says 'QR code unavailable'. This happens occasionally for no apparent reason. It also happens consistently if the addressee has special characters in their name, like Jürgen.

    You then have to wait over a week to be refunded. Even if you call customer service, they will refuse to refund earlier and tell you to wait.

    1. Your developers should receive alerts each time this happens.
    2. There needs to be an option to request an immediate refund if the QR code / label fails to generate.

  13. Revert back to previous order of printing labels and CN22

    The print order seems to have changed again recently, for the worst.

    Previously the CN22 was always printed on the top left of an A4. This meant that you could select a DIFFERENT position for the postage label. Now both the CN22 and the postage label are set up to be printed in the same location. Not very convenient.

    This does not seem to be adequately covered in the settings options.

    Ideally it should be possible to select a different position for each of the Label and CN22. If not revert back to the previous situation of the CN22 always…

  16. Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label

    As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:

    (a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
    (b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.

    Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.

    It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

  18. Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label Generated

    If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.

    We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.

  19. Support Adding Additional Shipments to a Collection Booked for Today

    Once one collection is booked, let people add additional packages if the postman was still not here.

    For example:
    I booked a Collection yesterday for 3 packages,
    I then sold another 3 items, but the only option is to book another collectionfor the next day

    My postman hasn't been here yet, so he could easily take "tomorrow's" packages, and this way avoid coming here twice. Maybe change the way collections are booked, by Address and not package, like UPS does.

  20. Show collections on Dashboard

    Why can't I see booked collections linked to items on the dashboard. I have the email confirming the collection and apart from that only the payment record. Nothing about the status - late etc.
