  2. allow automanifest to be optional

    I post at different times of day dependant on demand and other commitments. often I need to be able to print my labels one day but not manifest and dispatch until the next so that I can make the best use of my time.
    Auto manifest at 630pm removes this from me, meaning I have to spend the first hour of the following day printing labels that I could have done the day before

  3. I need a Freehand Column (On DMO its "Senders Reference") for 6x 4 Thermal Label Prints i

    We are a split site and use DMO currently where one site adds the sales info and the other (3 miles away) picks and packs the items. On the Click and Drop 6x4 Thermal template we need a Freehand Column (On DMO its "Senders Reference") to input a short code or title to inform the Packer at Warehouse what to attach a label to. Without this we cant use the C&D system. The Add SKU to label doesn't work for us as we dont use SKUs for every item

    When you are in orders whether it is new or order history, if you have the full 500 orders displaying and you scroll down the page, it takes forever to scroll back up, there should be a back to top link.

  5. Make parcel delivery confirmation available for everyone!

    I've already asked about this before (https://clickanddrop.uservoice.com/forums/399930-general/suggestions/17973793-publish-a-support-email-where-they-actually-know-a)

    You closed the ticket with email details to clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com , who then promptly ignored me as usual.

    So PLEASE tell me why https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item?trackNumber=110276427000003BCEE19

    says
    "Status: The service used to send this item does not provide tracking information."

    It's a 2nd class BPL parcel. I've talked to your business support and delivery confirmation is supposed to be live and working for BPL parcels as well as CRL. So why do none of my parcels have delivery confirmation?

    BPL is classified as a Universal Service Obligation product and the activation date for customers accessing these products, and using a Parcel format is scheduled for Friday the 24th February. Items posted after this date will then be available for Delivery Confirmation.

  6. Ordering supplies for OBA

    We never get the postal labels, cable ties etc when we order, never. We have run out and have ordered 3 times now without any luck. Come on guys

  7. Publish a support email where they actually know about click & drop

    I've been fobbed off by onlinepostage@royalmail.com & clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com so far.

    All my parcels (that's parcels, not large letters) show as "Status: The service used to send this item does not provide tracking information."

    Onlinepostage are unable to help with my enquiry.
    clickanddrop tell me the message will magically change when my parcels are delivered. I know they've been delivered by ebay feedback, and still the error message.

    How do I contact somebody who can do something? It's like communicating with Postman Pat's cat.

  8. Have the ability to mark each order as dispatched on Amazon when manifested, rather than having all being marked as dispatched (in settings)

    If you are processing an exchange and you want to use the same order, and Click and Drop is set to mark all manifested orders as dispatched on Amazon, Click and Drop will override the shipping date and status on Amazon. This can sometimes lead to orders being marked as late.

    With the ability to choose what orders will update the shipping information on Amazon order by order would fix this.

  9. 4 Labels per A4 Sheet - CUSTOM

    Make label generation like myhermes so 4 Labels per A4 Sheet instead of a label per A4 - Click and Drop is really getting there and will be the best in the market with some more tweaks

    We have updated Click & Drop this morning to allow this capability. If you open the settings tab in Click & Drop and then choose templates, the 4 labels can be chosen by clicking on the drop down on the A4 section in Click & Drop

  10. make viewing the invoices very much easier. I have never acheived this and therefore am unable to print them off

    my invoices are paid by direct debit but i cannot view the invoices and cannot print them off for my records

    Products which attract VAT is related to postage products which are deemed as falling under the Universal Service Obligation of which Royal Mail as the UK’s postage provider operates under. The UK services which fall under the USO for account customers are BPL and BPR, the international services are OSA, OSB, OTC, OTD, OLA & OLS. The VAT classification of Royal Mail’s postage products are determined by HMRC.

    In relation to the invoices shown in OBA for direct debit customers, we have the OBA help centre which explains the invoicing area but for customers on Direct debit invoices will always appear in the paid section of OBA as opposed to Open invoices, and for invoices waiting to be paid by direct debit these will be in the ‘in process’ area as opposed to processed area of paid invoices.

  11. Picking List or Job Sheet

    It would be great if we can print a picking list or a job sheet that shows all the product SKU, Quantity and customer Address on one sheet. As we print labels on 4x6 thermal labels. It will be easy with job sheet to pick and pack by matching the labels. Thanks

  13. Tracking Numbers Should be Exported To Amazon & Ebay

    At present the tracking numbers are not exported to Amazon & eBay when finalising a despatch. I have had a case this week where Amazon have refunded a customer on an A-Z claim even though Royal Mail claim the parcel was delivered. Amazon will not allow me to appeal the case as the tracking number was not transferred with the despatch notification from Click & Drop.

    Hi,

    You’ll be pleased to hear that we have added the option to mark orders as ‘Despatched by other courier’, which can be performed on the ‘Apply postage’ stage of order processing, or via shipping rules.

    This will keep the order in Click & Drop, but it will not appear in your ‘New orders’, ‘Orders ready for printing’, ‘Orders ready for despatch’, or ‘Orders despatched today’ dashboard figures. You will not be able to apply postage or generate labels for orders marked as despatched by another courier, but you will be able to reset or delete the order if you decide.

  15. Mailing sacks

    I'm finding the quantity of mailing sacks being delivered is simply not enough. We are only allowed to order one weeks supply at a time. If I place an order for forty, one sack full turns up. I can use up to four per day depending on parcel / large size and class of mail. One sack full is delivered and contains around 16 sacks. Some of these sacks are unusable as they are badly ripped.

  16. Page settings. 50 - 500,

    If i set the page to 500 i want it left at 500. EVERY time i have to change this. with orders over the weekend 500 is needed.

  17. Click and drop needs to update the royal mail track and trace website

    Ebay sellers are having to stop using click and drop as there seller metrics are being affected, and all their items now look as if they have been dispatched late. This is because the dispatch date is not being shown on the royal mail web site https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
    Ebay uses the first entry on this site to determine when the parcel was dispatched and not the dispatch date on the ebay sales record as this can be manipulated by the sellers.
    Please hurry up and sort this out as a matter of urgency as it it causing a lot of grief…

  18. Error - Clcik and drop is not updating the first despatch date used by EBAY

    The click and drop service updates the despatch date and tracking number correctly on EBAY, however there is an error in that is it not updating the 'Frist Scan Date' on the royal mail track and trace website to be the dispatch date and it it this metric that EBAY Uses for seller metrics.
    Please can this be fixed or can you liaise with EBAY so it uses the uploaded despatch date for the seller metrics]

    Within Click & Drop we update the delivery status in Ebay approximately every 15 minutes throughout the day, if you feel this isn’t happening, then can you email in some specific details to clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com and we can find out what may be happening.

    In relation to the metric Ebay uses, we have limited influence on the Ebay metrics, however if you can provide some specifics where you feel Ebay may have penalised you unfairly, please email these in and we will pass these onto Ebay through the Royal Mail account handler.

  19. itegrate the despatch date with EBAY - Error

    Currently ebay sellers have metrics against there dispatch date, before click and drop they used the first scan date (i.e. when the parcel was handed to the post office) with click and drop you are not updating the first scan date on your track and trace web site so ebay thinks it is a late despach by the seller (causing the seller to lose top rated status) the first track date should be updated automatically when the despatch label is printed

    Hi

    if you go into the settings area within Click and Drop, and first choose your store and edit the store to ensure mark as despatched is ticked. Then in the template area within the settings section also ensure mark as despatched at the bottom of the screen, this will ensure that any marketplace store is updated with any tracking details of labels as you generate them. For Ebay this update happens hourly throughout the day.
