  1. new address book interface

    As a neuro diverse person, i find change very hard. So to be faced with a new interface for adding and changing addresses in the address book without being warned was difficult.

    A note on the login page (where you say new features are coming but not that this had been done) would have been very useful.

    Or perhaps you should have had it as Beta, like other pages, so we can choose to go back if we wish.

    I decided to really check it out before saying i didn't like it, i like to be fair.

    An update will be made to the address book page so that the ''Add new address'' button is returned to the sticky header. This page will be updated once the change is live.

    Regarding the reference being clickable: this is no longer a link due to accessibility adjustments, but you can still edit the entries by simply clicking anywhere else inside that row. So you do not necessarily have to click on the three dot menu, but you could click inside the Customer address, Shipping address or Billing address columns instead and this will open a tab to edit the address book entry. Hopefully this will make editing your address book entries a bit easier!

  2. Create csv templates for order imports [My friends, I need your help]

    As with the WDMA software, order imports are genuinely upsetting to use.

    Some poor users (such as myself) are forced to navigate the byzantine system of order imports as integrations with stores from outside the UK are prohibited (why also).

    I have a simple and - I think - elegant way to help: two csv templates.

    Instead of providing the user with endless documentation on how she likely won't get the thing to work, why not provide a couple of a csv templates (domestic & international) for imports? An easy way for both the user and the system to know…

  3. Highlight an order in 'New Orders' window

    It would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out.

    If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases.

    The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped.

    It seems that for your use case, the order tag functionality might be helpful. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. For more information on this functionality, you can consult our help guide.

    Please note that we are planning on improving this feature by allowing users to add tags at any point of the user journey and we may allow for using different colour tags too.

  4. Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page

    Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.

    Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.

    Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.

    Please re-instate this.

  5. Allow impersonating batch/orders when uploading them via Click & Drop API

    At the moment Orders/Batches submitted using API are without any user assigned. This makes it hard for users to find the batch they have created using our CRM. Tags that are allowed for items are not helpful as they are shown only in "order view" but not when viewing the Batches.

  6. Search box results ordering is random ( can we have by most recent please)

    Dear Support, When using the Search box on the website to find recent orders, when I search for Stuart for example, the results are not in date or order number and show up randomly. Can the results be listed in most-recent order/date please?

  7. CN22 for BFPO

    All BFPO require a CN22. Also in order to get the correct postage customers need to use the BF1 Postcode rather than the BFPO. BF1 and BFPO are classed as UK addresses, All BF1 postcodes and BFPO should automatically generate a CN22 like overseas addresses do.

    Thanks for your suggestion. We are making changes to support the generation of CN documents for BFPO addresses, we will update the status here when we begin to implement this feature.

  8. Option to Chose 'Results File Only' with C&D Desktop Import

    Can you please add an option to choose 'Results File Only' in the DropBox and Desktop Methods? We have no use for the labels so the option to choose:

    • Labels
    • Results File
    • Labels & Results File

    Also, can you remove the MAX 50 Limit?
