   I've spoken to Wix on numerous occasions about this and they don't seem to have a clue about this integration which is very confusing.

   Royal Mail can we please have an update on this?

   Tempted to switch to shopify at this point because even exporting the order spreadsheet from wix (as per a previous comments suggestions) and uploading it to RM isn't good enough.
