    Thank you for your suggestions. We are planning to introduce post town validation to help ensure your order data is as correct as possible.
    We will provide further updates as soon as we are able, but we expect this feature to be completed as soon as possible.

    But the previous RM system had postcode validation. Why reomve it for C&D?

    The prices are displayed in OBA system, so no reason at all why it can't be on click and drop. In fact, I would be surprised if not showing prices is even legal.

    Can you imagine another supplier where you spend £80K a year, not showing their prices.

    I cannot believe this is still an issue. We spend thousands with RM and if any other supplier were so difficult with their pricing, we would stop using them, of course we can't stop using RM.

    The pricing info is in the old OBA system, and you have CLEARLY made a decision to leave (hide) it in the C&D system.

    Your PDF price lists are just a joke to try and make sense of and when you're trying to process 100's of parcels a day, you NEED to see the price at the point you use the service.

    To be honest I would be surprised if the way RM hide this pricing is even legal?

    Royal Mail is looking into options for introducing a process to ease the claims process by supplying claims data in a simpler way. The investigation work is being carried out and we will then look as to when we can fit this into the development roadmap fro Click & Drop alongside the other requests we receive.

    When a firm date for introducing this new feature, we will communicate through the user voice and message centre in Click & Drop

    If they ever implement this process, the number of claims will explode. Then Royal Mail will be aware of just how much mail apparently goes missing. And how big a problem this really is. I can't see them ever doing this.

    They make the claim process as difficult as possible, they always have.

    They know the claims would be 50x once they introduce this feature. Does anyone even bother with the P58 forms, way to long and you don't even get any funds back. They know this, no chance this will ever get put in place. The same as showing the price for each shipment at the time you create the label, how can they get away with no supplying that!
