We can not create a new order to BFPO addresses in C&D because a country must be chosen (presumably UK is the right one to choose) and then the postcode is invalid because it is not in the right format. Catch 22. This is a real problem for us.
It did used to work fine work in DMO. Please restore this function asap. I had to physically go to the post office and post the parcel over the counter!
Ironically, if the order is a new one imported via C&D it works fine - it was just that we had follow on items to send this customer that we discovered the problem. Thank you, Zoe
