  1. Have Click & Drop Detect duplicates before printing

    When importing occasionally we have import or printing problems and no label comes out. We'll import again and a label will come out but then we'll notice shipments were made for both attempts.

    Click & Drop should really see that there is already an unmanifested order with the same reference and details and not create a new label. Or at least have this as an option. We probably spend a fortune in duplicate labels that we don't catch in this situation.

  2. Allow phone extensions on excel imports

    Orders with phone numbers that have an extension eg 01437765290 x1234 are being rejected on excel import. Can you allow these numbers to be accepted ? Thanks

  3. enable gift order details and messages from NOTHS

    When we receive orders from Not On The Highstreet, there is no way of knowing if the order has a gift message or is to be gift wrapped. Can this information be automatically pulled through or at least some indication that we need to go back to the platform to check. It would save time and makes the integration more seamless.

  4. Ebay Global Shiiping Programe order download shown overpriced total

    I have set up shipping rules where the value of £8.99 is sent by 2nd Class and over £8.99 is sent by 2nd Class Signed for.
    An order sent via the Ebay global shipping programme shows the total amount of the order and the shipping price that Ebay issues to the buyer. Click and drop should only show the value of the order itself without the shipping fee the buyer pays for the shipment. The reason for this is that the shipment is to a logistics centre located in the UK and the shipping rules set in Click & Drop…

  5. implement Amazons custom order feature

    Amazon now support custom/personalised orders where the customer inputs information to be passed onto the seller to personalise the order - at the moment this information is not displayed anywhere on Click and Drop.

    It would be great if these customer messages were printed out onto the Click and drop packing sheet (the same as customer delivery instructions are).

  6. dropbox integration replacement

    according to message on 01/04/2019 - dropbox is being replaced with C&D Desktop - is there a mac version for this forthcoming? strangely it mentions ios - however here we use macs and having to run a vm to use desktop is going to be quite a pain frankly. when is dropbox being retired?

    Hi and thanks for your suggestion. Offering Mac support for our Click & Drop Desktop application is currently in the late stages of development, but we can’t offer a date of completion just yet. We apologise for the delay, and we will post further updates as soon as we are available.

  7. Please explain your "Dropbox integration replacement" plan

    I see there's a new notification message entitled 'Dropbox integration replacement'. What is the rationale behind this and the longer term plan for Dropbox integration? We currently have our online shop integrated from the server backend via dropbox to click & drop. On the whole, this has worked reliably for the last year and provides a seamless two way interface allowing tracking information to be populated back into the orders.   8. Simply work!!!

    Cannot import or see new orders from ebay! Yes, it's integrated. Yes, it's updated. Yes, it's been connected properly. Why doesn't the integration work? I have had occasions when it has worked months ago, but it simply doesn't communicate with ebay now and doesn't show new orders. This is literally is a useless service to me.

  9. Add Returns Labels to Imported Orders

    I need to be able to print a customer specific returns label via a dropbox import - so it has their order number pre-printed.

    It should be as simple as adding a line in the CSV, with the TSS service code (and the customers order number and address) but this doesn't work.

  10. Return a CN22 with the label to Dropbox

    Currently a label is sent back to Dropbox after importing but not a CN22 label, would ask this is changed so a CN22 label is sent back as well.

  11. Option to specify the folder labels are uploaded to on Dropbox

    Currently label files are uploaded to a folder with a 'random' name in Dropbox, meaning auto collection is impossible. If we could specify the folder labels are put into then we would be able to automatically download them and integrate them into our systems for printing via our own admin consoles.
    I do understand the folder naming convention. Year, month, day, hour these are all predicteble. Minute is mostly predictable. But we have no way of knowing second and fraction of a second, giving the folder a random name from our perspective.
    If we could specify a folder eg "/Results/Labels/"…

  12. Please simplify the 'File Upload' process

    I would imagine that most business users import orders continually throughout the day.

    This process is simple enough, but needs streamlining for efficiency.

    At present it consists of numerous steps, most of which could be automated:

    Step 1 - Upload a File. Simple.
    Step 2 - Import Settings. How often do you change these before uploading your file..? Probably rarely, if ever.
    Step 3 - Once you've mapped, you don't need to see this again. Yet it shows you every time...
    Step 4 - Click Import Orders to upload - this button is always off the screen as it's at…

  13. Import Orders - Return Addresses and a message printed on the envelope

    We have a client for whom we print and dispatch Court Citations. The client wants the return address of a court anywhere in the United Kingdom. Currently this can only be done by creating a TRADING NAME for each court, this becomes impractical when you are dealing with some 250,000 items a year and hundreds of Courts.

    What is required is either a way to have name and address fields for Return Addresses same as Recipients name and address fields or a way to upload addresses in bulk as Trading Name as and when the list changes.

  14. shopify update

    Click drop broken after shopify update.

    Shopify updated its software on 1st august, to include locations. This has caused problems as shopify say click and drop has not been updated correctly.

    The result is that some shopify orders placed with the POS app fail. The addresses do not reach royal mail with the error message 'The shipping address country for this order has not been recognised' and a blank address.

    Please royal mail sort this out urgently.

  15. Shipping status doesn't update on C&D if marked as 'shipped' from integrated store

    If I have an order that is marked as 'shipped' through one of my integrations, it doesn't update on C&D.

    For example if I ship something from the Amazon Seller platform using postage stamps and change to 'shipped' in Amazon, then C&D doesn't refresh the status, it still sees it as 'new'.

    So I cannot filter out which orders are still outstanding on C&D.

    This means C&D is impossible to use for any outstanding orders... I don't want to ship orders that have already shipped!

  17. Mark the channel Reference as a mandatory Field.

    This should be an option as i know not all users will need it, but we use the reference to find and monitor jobs that we send out via our own job number, the channel reference. If a user forget to add one it creates a massive admin faff to link the job to the royal mail posting. having the mandatory option it would mean that they would never forget.

  18. Adding a Package size to orderes ready for dispatch

    under the open orders page can a tab along the grey bar be added for package size E.g Letter , large letter or parcel, this would be a rely helpful addition to check for any errors prior to hitting the manifest button

  20. multi orders

    The system needs to offer the option of linking two orders to be one shipment for uploading tracking.
    Or we have to copy the tracking number from Click and drop and then delete the other order then enter the selling platform and paste the tracking number in the other item they purchased.
