  1. Order Placed Date/Time Field, when importing orders CSV

    When importing orders by CSV, Click and Drop assumes that the order in question was placed that same day at the specific time of importing orders.

    When importing CSV there should be a field for "Order Placed" - a date / time field so that click and drop can arrange the orders acording to when orders were placed. Reporting would aslo become more accurate.

  2. Make Import Addresses Work Properly

    Make the import addresses work properly. The PDF here https://www.royalmail.com/sites/default/files/How%20to%20export%20your%20Online%20Postage%20address%20book%20and%20import%20it%20into%20Click%20and%20Drop.pdf
    describes a method but it doesn't work. The screens grabs are not up-to-date for a start, but at the end having gone through it perfectly, my address book is still empty.

  3. Need the option to only print the non UK label for ebay shipping

    Need the option to only print the non UK label for ebay shipping. Could also do with button import the ebay orders like the old system. as it doesnt always imports the new orders but has already imported completed orders

  4. Zip code top line causes error for countries such as Japan

    The system currently tries to split the top line into first and last names, even when the Combined option is chosen. For countries where the top line of the address is the zip code eg Japan, the zip should not be split. This causes a system error. The system should be made more flexible to allow for this.

  5. Option to use grams instead of Kg

    Some systems can only export weight in grams and would be good that we could have the option to use either grams or Kg.

  6. enable a tick box to send delivery emails to customers when importing orders in bulk.

    When orders are bulk imported, with the postage pre-coded and automatically applied, there is no option to send a delivery email/text to customers, without doing this manually on every order.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your suggestion. The ability to mark an order as requiring one of the extra options (such as email and SMS notifications) is planned into the Development calendar for early 2018.

  8. Import button

    Have button to instantly import from market places similar to other providers. rather than wait for the auto importation once a selling platform is linked.

    Click and Drop integration is to slow and imports everything even orders we have already fulfilled by other methods.

  9. channel column edit

    Please allow us to put the trading name in the channel column, or assign a different logo to each trading name.

    We manually input all orders at the moment so the the channel column is redundant. We have 3 different sections within our business and would like to see at a glance which orders are for each section.

    The address book reference has a different start for each section but that is not shown in the orders list either.

  10. Customer delivery instructions - needs to be on the orders page

    When order are imported from Ebay they now include any customer messages. Great. BUT you have to click in to the order to see it. If we are shipping 50 Large letters we are not going to click through each one to see if there is a message

    There needs to be an indication on the main orders page to show there is a message. Perhaps a column that says "Order message" and it just has a yes or no so that we know to click through

  11. CSV upload options similar DMO

    Just Like in DMO once the columns has been filled with service type, service format and enhancements. so we can select the columns in the click and drop (from drop down menu) and all services will be select as they been configured in the CSV columns and ready for labels PDF. Currently click and drop is not doing this function for DMO comers.

  12. manual pull the orders into click&drop from marketplace

    can we have a option as manually pull the orders into click&drop from marketplace instead automatic pull the orders in every 15mins? because I notice the automatic pull orders into C&D also pulled the cancalled orders in too. I have to manually find out which one just been cancelled then deleted from C&D before I can apply postage and gerneral labels....etc. thx

  13. Enable SMS/email messages by default for imported Tracked orders

    When I import Tracked orders with all fields populated (weight, service code, packet size, email, phone, etc) they go straight to 'ready to print' as they should, BUT the option to send Email and/or SMS to customer is not enabled, even though it is free on this service. I have to unapply the postage, then re-apply it, and every order becomes a different batch when manifesting. Why not simply enable the messages if the phone and/or email is part of the import for that order?

  14. import Photo from ebay and amazon

    We got over 2,500 listing on ebay and Amazon. It would be a good idea to have a photo of the item we sold. You import the item so import the photo at the same time.It would help my dispatchers not to make mistake,

  15. The system does not check that the Postcode matches the first line of the address to avoid losted parcel caused by typos

    Really important - now that our address file is being imported in there is no check to match postcodes and addresses match which is caused through typing errors - needs urgent attention

    Thank you all for your suggestions. We recognise the importance of this, and we are planning to include it in a future release. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer a time for when this will be completed.

  19. Pound Sign is not recognised when importing csv files

    When importing csv files, which are downloaded from eBay, they contain "£" for prices, shipping cost etc.. but the system does not recognise there is a "£" in front of the numbers and errors. We would then have to go back to the csv file and remove all the "£" signs before importing. I suggest the system should be able to recognise the "£" symbol where the price fields are.

  20. When I save an address in the create an order section why does it no save the name also?

    I save the addresses for a few regular non ebay buyers in the create a new order section. The address comes up every time but not the customers name, why ?
