  1. Provide an option to print labels in the same chronological order that postage was applied

    We integrate all our orders into C&D but not all orders are sent via RM C&D. Therefore we scan packages to find the order on C&D, apply postage and then print the postage labels all in one go.

    We would like an option to print labels in order of when the postage was applied to that order so that all labels print in the order they were scanned/postage applied. This will save us a lot of time, as we can then apply the labels in the same order that we have our packages.

  2. to be able to bulk change the service used without having to change the weight

    Would like to be able to change the service, ie RM48 to RM24 on bulk orders without having to make changes to the weight

  3. Shipping rules have stopped working since the update - Manual order entry

    Since the update our shipping rules have stopped working. We can't integrate to our website so rely on manual entry. We used to be able to just put in the weight of the parcel, and it would automatically select RM8 (for example). Since the update, we can no longer do this. I've played around with shipping rules and contacted your support team and there's no way of doing it with manual entries any more (so I've been told).

  5. Multipe Items

    I don't understand why when a customer places an order for 2 x items, why click and drop doesn't auto assign by the shipping rules.. For example

    A customer places an order for 1x Pillow (weight 740g, Parcel)
    at the same time orders 1x Pillow Case (weight 75g, Large Letter)

    Why does click and drop always leave this in open orders even though a shipping rule fully caters for this item combined weigh and size.

    Surely it would be easy enough for Click and Drop to put togther that the item now weighs a total of 815g and will be…

  6. apply shipping rules to orders with multiple items

    With our business account, we have a contract that states all parcels from us are classed as the same parcel size. With this in mind, it's particularly frustrating that we are having to manually set this with each order. Can there not be an option within our account to set a default parcel size & weight to be used across the board?

  7. Setup shipping rules by Service first then select the countries the service is available from

    Currently, When setting up shipping rules, you select which countries on the first page which then limits the service on the second page to whats available to that bunch of countries.

    This usually ends up with only having 2 common service for all those countries (international economy and international standard)

    When for 90% of the countries you actually ship tracked or Signed for...

    How about you select the service FIRST then list of countries available are filtered by that service availability.

    not only does this make more sense it would also make RM more money as more expensive service would…

  8. Shipping Rules Not Working for Despatched By Other Courier

    Shopify site. Added multiple shipping rules to exclude DHL orders having postage automatically applied in Royal Mail. But the rules don't work.

    When using 'test shipping rules' all criteria match for DHL rules except for 'channel shipping method', which always has a red cross next to it.

    The shipping method is being pulled in correctly from shopify and all other settings are corrrect.

    At a loss what to do....

  9. Allow free returns for textbooks posted to state schools until 31st August 2020. Many Year 11 & 13 unable to return books in person.

    Schools are not receiving returned text books and will be unable to provide new students with books, or face a huge bill, buying more.

  10. look at why standard internation post dosnt default to going air mail

    standard international letters post isnt defaulting to going air mail even though it has it written on the label, my USA post was taking 6 weeks to arrive! i bought a blue highlighter pen to highlight it on the label & stuck the blue stickers on & bingo its gets there in less than a week!

  11. Accept Tracked parcels to be post at post box

    I am avoiding social contact and I start to post my parcels just at post box but when my customers want a track package I need to go to the post office to post it and the majority of it don't accept my parcels and with this situation I had to go for different places and put my self in risk and the others so I think will be good Idea if you can post any parcels in the post box at this danger times. I don't mind if I don't have prove posted I just don't want to go…

  12. increase the time your customers have to post a package with a printed label attached

    It is ridiculous that once a label is bought online and printed that the item has to posted in in 24 hours - make it at least a week.

    I had 2 of your offices refuse to accept my parcel as the post by date expired 12 hours earlier.

  13. Royal mail parcel force labels not scanable at post office

    I go to https://business.parcel.royalmail.com create a label, but because I choose a parcel force type label the post office machine can't scan it and I'n being told I can't drop it off there

    I thought all parcels could be dropped off at post office - that is the point?

  15. Shipping Rules for Trading Names/Logos

    Can you work a way of shippign rules being used to allocate orders to different trading names - maybe based on SKU?
    We process orders from our WooCommerce based site, and different clients have their private areas wherethey can order their products (we do white label production/drop shipping for other companies) and would love to pull their orders through but allocate to their brand, to have their logos and return addresses instead of ours.

  16. Rules for Saturday Special

    At present if I import an order with a delivery method assigned as Saturday Special (or whatever else I would label it on my website), upon importing this order via the API, there is no shipping rule that allows us to select Special Delivery and to assign the Saturday option to it, so it has to be manually assigned each time, meaning we either have to remember it is a Saturday special, or every order on a friday has to be double checked just in case.

  17. Domestic / International Package Sizes Conflict

    I have been reconfiguring my click and drop shipping rules to make the automatic process much smoother but have encountered one particular exception that I am not sure if you can help me with.

    Basically, I sell many light and small items that easily fit in letter size packaging. If they are over £20 I send these letters 1st class signed for domestically. Internationally I send them tracked and signed (or just signed for the countries required) regardless of the value. If they are below £20 and sell in the UK then I send these letter-sized items via normal Royal…

  18. Allow me to change postage weights that have previously been put in by me

    I now use different packaging and so the weights that I previously used in shipping rules are now incorrect but there is no way of changing them so I now have to change each one individually each time I apply it to an order. very time consuming.

  19. Enable sorting of shipping rules by 'shipping service' and allow us to select multiple rules to apply an action

    In the final days before to gifting occasions (like Christmas) we like to change from our usual method of posting everything second class to sending every first class instead. Currently have to scroll through the full list of shipping rules to manually deactivate every second class shipping rule one at a time and activate every first class shipping rule one at a time. The sort and multi-select capabilities would make this much quicker.
