The Click & Drop service is great and the free collections are an excellent feature that mean I will use Royal Mail over and above any other service.

However, while the website site says 'if you want to add other items to your booked collection, just hand them to your postie', on the three occasions I have tried to do this, the postman says he can't take them because they aren't in his system. As such he has to make another call to collect the next day, which seems very wasteful! In fact, they ARE in the system, because I have booked collection, but for the next day.

Either the website is wrong, or I'm doing something wrong, or the system is faulty, or the staff are not being trained properly. Whichever it is, could you please clarify or address the situation?
