Click & Drop lets you select a Collection & Bring My Label for an International Tracked Signed parcel - It is clearly stated as an option after the country (France) has been selected - Then once you've been duped into thinking that it will be collected and a label brought, (I have photos if you want proof!) the final order page after payment shows no collection
or label being brought. There is an option there to add a Collection but no longer the Bring My Label option. Completely useless when your printer is broken. There's no way of using QR code for international printing of CN 22 documents in a post office so it can't be printed at a post office!
And Yes it is under the Click & Drop service.. when you go to International Item heavier (2.7kg) the bottom right of the screen shows Send an Item Now, once clicked it says Click and Drop (the page you land on says click and drop at the top left as a header : Send an item
with "Click & Drop " Logo image... or perhaps your web design team need firing?

On the actual parcel page before payment the option to collect and bring label (as below) for the specific International item is clearly there, although on your Click & Drop Help! page it states with asterisks: **We can only bring labels to you for domestic non-return parcels. ? So can you bring labels for International parcels?
