We would like to suggest adding a column to the Royal Mail order dashboard that shows which user generated each shipping label.

This would be a valuable tool for handling post-shipment enquiries, as it would allow us to quickly identify and redirect any issues back to the individual who originally processed the shipment. It would improve accountability, save time, and enhance internal communication — particularly helpful when managing customer follow-ups.
