Touchscreen barely working
Hi. This morning, about an hour ago I tried the Drop Off at the Parcel Station by the West Ealing delivery office. NOT what I was expecting.
- the scanning of the code took a bit to get used to, after 5 or 6 attempts it worked.
- The Touchscreen... It took a plethora of attempts to get my "button" presses recognised. The screen is by no means comfortable to use, just not sensitive enough. Really annoying to have to push / touch again and again and again. Hoping.
- The labels - Really tricky to peel off the sticker from the back especially while holding 2 stickers (international Mail with customs sticker) while holding the letter.. fiddly, way to fiddley taking a long time...
- ... to the point that a countdown asked me if I was still there.. while hitting that "YES" buttom continuosly.. it timed out, simply not recognising my touch. What now??? I had to start the process all over, not sure this would even work. but thankfully did.
- you knew it was going to be a large letter, I was expecting a letter box type slot rather than a whole box.
Overall a way less that satisfactory experience. One I won't be doing again any time soon. Better off heading to a postoffice and dropping there.
Not sure what you will do with this, but al least get that screen more responsive!
Regards, Peet
(Now want to send this and it says my password is wrong. Funny... that is exactly what I used twice this week to pay for shipping.. What the F*?
- needed to set up account... and then a bloody "Post Idea" button doesn't work.. I feel I'm wasting my time here
