I suggest you send parcels to the correct location. I relied on your services for starting my new business, planning to upgrade to your business account when shipments increased to your minimum. However on my second week after opening you sent nearly all of my orders to England for sorting when they were dropped off in Northern Ireland and meant to be delivered to Northern Ireland addresses. I paid for track 48 and you lost the parcels for the first 2 days then said it would be a week for delivery by which point the contents of the parcels will be expired. You have destroyed my company reputation before I got started. I phoned for help and you couldn't care less saying I would have to replace everything at my own expense. Your atrocious services are destroying start-ups. All of this would have been avoided if you had kept the parcels in NI for sorting and not lost them. To lose 4 parcels from one drop off is a massive failure rate.
