  1. Pound Sign is not recognised when importing csv files

    When importing csv files, which are downloaded from eBay, they contain "£" for prices, shipping cost etc.. but the system does not recognise there is a "£" in front of the numbers and errors. We would then have to go back to the csv file and remove all the "£" signs before importing. I suggest the system should be able to recognise the "£" symbol where the price fields are.

  2. When I save an address in the create an order section why does it no save the name also?

    I save the addresses for a few regular non ebay buyers in the create a new order section. The address comes up every time but not the customers name, why ?

  4. Import Orders - Return Addresses and a message printed on the envelope

    We have a client for whom we print and dispatch Court Citations. The client wants the return address of a court anywhere in the United Kingdom. Currently this can only be done by creating a TRADING NAME for each court, this becomes impractical when you are dealing with some 250,000 items a year and hundreds of Courts.

    What is required is either a way to have name and address fields for Return Addresses same as Recipients name and address fields or a way to upload addresses in bulk as Trading Name as and when the list changes.

  5. multi orders

    The system needs to offer the option of linking two orders to be one shipment for uploading tracking.
    Or we have to copy the tracking number from Click and drop and then delete the other order then enter the selling platform and paste the tracking number in the other item they purchased.

  6. shopify update

    Click drop broken after shopify update.

    Shopify updated its software on 1st august, to include locations. This has caused problems as shopify say click and drop has not been updated correctly.

    The result is that some shopify orders placed with the POS app fail. The addresses do not reach royal mail with the error message 'The shipping address country for this order has not been recognised' and a blank address.

    Please royal mail sort this out urgently.

  7. Shipping status doesn't update on C&D if marked as 'shipped' from integrated store

    If I have an order that is marked as 'shipped' through one of my integrations, it doesn't update on C&D.

    For example if I ship something from the Amazon Seller platform using postage stamps and change to 'shipped' in Amazon, then C&D doesn't refresh the status, it still sees it as 'new'.

    So I cannot filter out which orders are still outstanding on C&D.

    This means C&D is impossible to use for any outstanding orders... I don't want to ship orders that have already shipped!

  8. Mark the channel Reference as a mandatory Field.

    This should be an option as i know not all users will need it, but we use the reference to find and monitor jobs that we send out via our own job number, the channel reference. If a user forget to add one it creates a massive admin faff to link the job to the royal mail posting. having the mandatory option it would mean that they would never forget.

  9. shipping status

    It is a bit dodgy. Tough I am able to unmark as shipped then the orders show up in C&D.

    I do UK orders via retail postage if there are only 10 or so since it is the fastest way and not worth a large bag either. So they are always stuck on C&D and there is no good way to see if they already have been shipped or are very recent.

    there should be status info even if they remain on C&D "Marked as shipped on marketplace".

    Others also are combined orders payed separately, and things such as service…

  11. Allow the option to choose when to send orders to Shopify

    We ship our gift products according to the customer's chosen date.
    Eg. Granny's birthday next month.
    We cannot use the C&D/Shopify integration because all orders, when accepted, are sent to C&D. It is impossible to navigate which orders to process in C&D without manually adding a date (way too time consuming).
    We currently use the upload which has a number of other drawbacks relating to the data we can get from shopify (eg. multiple rows of line items and no weight)
    If, in Shopify, we could select, say, 10 orders that we wanted to send to C&D for processing, this…

  12. Allow order quantities which are decimals

    I use Magento and sometimes we sell lengths of piping, so a customer can choose from us to buy 12.5 meters of PVC pipe.
    Click & Drop doesn't let these orders download in if the quantity isn't whole number.

    Can this be fixed soon please?

  13. Allow the import of parcel type 'Documents' just like 'Letter', 'Large Letter' and 'Parcel'

    At the moment C&D can import 'Letter', 'Large Letter' and 'Parcel' formats but not 'Document'. This means we have to manually create our labels through C&D if they are over 2kg.

    Please develop this feature - it was present in DMO.

    Used to USe DMO to Import Batch TRacked returns where the label would print witha Unique code given by the customer in the CSV File. have been told only way to batch printis to go to settings and do it that way but they isnt helpful.

  15. CN22s - Please could you provide an update...

    Please could you give us a more accurate idea of when you expect to role out the update so that all fields in the CN22 will be populated. Many companies like ourselves have been urged for months by Royal Mail to spend the considerable time and money to ensure that our own sites and systems import all necessary information to populate the CN22 fields in readiness for the new electronic customs data requirements. We have done our bit, when will you be completing yours please?

  16. Allow reference fields on the same file upload to be labelled the same and not dissapear.

    We often and im sure other companies do send out a bulk of the same item but to different addresses so would have the same reference. Instead with click and drop if you have several references the same it will only upload one of the orders on the file and the others just dis-appear. Can this please be sorted as it causes more work and lost orders in system.

  18. Allow more than 1 item to be shipped on the same order

    We import our orders on a CSV into C&D and sometimes we have to split orders into multiple parcels. When I adjust the number of items on the CSV to more than 1, it still only imports and prints the one postage label per order. The helpdesk also confirmed that this is the case and we have had to try and find a work round. Why even have the 'items' column if we cant enter more than 1!?

  19. NEW Service Enhancement Fields - Signature field needs to ignored on SD service codes

    Special Delivery automatically requires a signature, it is not an 'enhancement'. At the moment via Dropbox on demand we are having to add 'Signature' as an enhancement on our upload files to get SD labels to print.

    Services that include Signature as standard just need to ignore the content of this field. It's not a biggie, but a bit of snagging that it makes sense to fix on next release.

    The alternative is that everyone else has to write a script to add Signature every time a Special Delivery service code is selected.

  20. Allow for multiple saved mapping formats

    With multiple sources for our orders to come in from, we end up with a variety of different spreadsheets to import. Currently, Click & Drop only remembers the mapping of the last import, which means we either have to keep updating it, or manually manipulate our data to match one specific format.

    It would be great if we could 'save' a format so that we end up having a list that we can match to each import. It would save a lot of messing about with the info and make things much more simple.
