Please implement a function to merge orders together.

On the orders open page there are lots of headings to choose from to display or hide, but there isn't a way of showing if the items are parcels or large letters.

I have a business account and I was having problems with Royal Mail disconnecting the integration, It was happening every day, sometimes after just a few hours, so I reconnected and then disconnected many times, but the last time I did it and tried to add again as a new integration, I can't do it, when I press the connect to EKM button, all I get is a page of coding, not even the proper page to say something has gone wrong , hope you can help

Please add an option to add the customer phone number to the printed shipping label. This is necessary for some of Royal Mail's international delivery partners as they sometimes require the phone number to be visible in order to deliver the package to some locations/buildings.

One extra column on the orders screen (maybe next to "Product Identifier (SKU)") should be a thumbnail of the product. Hovering over/clicking on it should show a full size image. We have 26,000 products on the database with photos added, but that is little use if we cannot see the ordered products when we are despatching the orders. Thanks.

Can the services for Personal Correspondence (letters DP3) be added to Click and Drop. We have these on our OBA but are unable to use them on Click and Drop. The problem with OBS is that you have to select each country and input the number of items for each Country. Click and Drop does this automatically already when you upload a spreadsheet. The only service we can use is OLA which you need to supply customs information for when you create an order although Customs info is not needed for personal correspondence.

Marketplaces bunch Northern Ireland in with the rest of the United Kingdom for VAT purposes and just do the easiest method for them. E.g. Amazon doesn't put XI VAT numbers on invoices to EU customers, just uses BT postcodes. And eBay treats NI to EU sales as domestic transactions even if the seller is registered for OSS in Northern Ireland.

In all cases however we do not use IOSS and this may cause confusion when the destination customs officials scan the electronic customs data and see the marketplace IOSS number.
