   This issue has now been going on three quarters of a decade. It's not surprising people are complaining about the Royal Mail with service like that!

   As Helen states, we just delete the extra orders so the RM doesn't get any extra money! But it is an absolute pain to have to manually combine several orders with the customs info. for countries like USA!
