    guys. there is a workaround.

    generate all the labels as 6x4

    go to print the pdf label page

    you will get a long list of pages (each page being a 6x4 individual shipping label or customs form)

    change the page size in the printer settings to A4

    change copies per page from 1 copy per page to 4 copies per page

    this will now arrange the labels in a 4 label - per - a4 sheet arrangement

    hit print and you're done

    wasted two days and a lot of paid time trying to figure this out.

    tried to tell Royal Mail customer support over the phone so that they could let other people know if they were calling up, but they told me to leave it on the forum
