    Thank you all for your suggestions. We recognise the importance of this, and we are planning to include it in a future release. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer a time for when this will be completed.

    Yes, we've had to add autocapitalise into our own integration as well as making sure postal town is in correct field, and that postcodes entered with out a space, have one added, etc. I feel we're doing Royal mail's job here.

    As a long term DMO ondemand user, these are all pretty important features to be included in click and drop.

    Online customers are appalling when it comes to using all lower case. It makes the labels look unprofessional unless we spend time adding caps to their name and addresses. AUTOCAPITALISE as in DMO is the best solution.

    If RM want the correct postal town and postcode in address labels, then overwriting with the correct post town and postcode checking are essential.

    Oh, and it would be useful to be able to apply the email tracking as an ammenf to an order in the C&D back office without cancelling it and starting again.

    Agreed. It should be possible to activate the email alert for Tracked 24 and 48 from a field in the file we feed. This setting up Rules is nonsensical. To get a rule to work you have to delete the service field in the file - each rule has a specific service it applies. So we can set up a rule to apply signature to Tracked 48, but not a similar rule to apply signature to tracked 24 as the two rules conflict.

    Yes, as an ondemand user you can't trigger email notification from the file, you have to set up a rule and suppress the service code in the file, or the rule won't trigger.

    Makes sense to be able to set up a default position for certain things for all services in one go - like email notification. So if the email field is populated, it just happens. Or have notification y/n field as in old dmo.
