  1. Set total parcel weight to include weight of packaging based on number of products

    Have more comprehensive shipping rules that can correctly set the parcel weight when more than one product is in the order. For example you could set your product weights to be only the weight of the actual product (excluding packaging) and the shipping rule could add a set weight of packaging on top. Or it could work like "1 product = total weight of XXg, 2 products = total weight of XXg" etc.

  2. Shipping rules based on Product and Quantity

    When defining a product allow the choice of adding multiple shipping options for various quantity.

    Example:
    Product SKU: 123
    Quantity: >1 -> Letter
    Quantity: >5 -> Large Letter
    Quantity: >10 -> Small Parcel

    And use these settings to apply correct postage choice.

    Applying shipping rules on weight as a general option doesn't account for the product's size per say and its not going to work for all situations.

  3. Apply shipping rules to orders with more than one product SKU

    Currently, shipping rules only apply to orders than contain one product SKU. If an order contains more than one product SKU, the shipping rule is not applied.

    I'm informed that this is because we might, for instance, send each product separately. We always send items from the same order in the same parcel, so it would be very useful to have the option to tell C&D to apply shipping rules even when the order has more than one SKU

  4. Set up shipping rules for SKUs

    There should be a way to set up shipping rules by SKU. At the moment our shipping rules are done by price - this is a bit of a hassle because we have to have loads of bands to cover all the different products at different weights, and as soon as we have a discount or a sale on then everything is wrong.

    We have a few rules set up by shipping costs, but our own site is free shipping and we're moving towards free shipping everywhere so that's not ideal either.

    It would be really handy if we could…

  5. tracking numbers, currently not being sent to international orders

    Currently UK customers are given an email or SMS from Royal Mail when they have a guaranteed delivery by 1pm or 9am option, or other tracked or signed options.
    But International customers are not given this. I understand it is not economical to send international SMS message, but surely an email is quite easy to do. The cost of email is the same no matter which country.
    Can you please add this, so that our workflow allows international customers to have a tracking number sent to them from Royal Mail. Thanks!

  8. When recipient is a business

    sending to a company where there is no recipient, i.e. HMRC or DVLA, Motgage centre at a bank, they usually do not have a recipient, an option to dis-regard the recipient name must be available!

  9. We need to be able to select the Saturday Guaranteed Delivery option. Currently we can only do this on Fridays and are not able to do this

    Currently we can only do this on Fridays and are not able to do this prior even if we select a Friday date in the Planned Despatch Date.
    We need to be able to generate our shipping labels in advance as it's our busiest production & dispatch day.

  10. User defined "Store assigned postage method"

    In the shipping rules section you have a "Store assigned postage method" which is presumably populated with eBay/Amazon related methods when importing from those marketplaces but is empty for "Manual order entry" orders, including when importing your own data.

    It would be very useful if we could have a section in the Settings where we could create our own postage method codes and be able to use these in the import in order to assign shipping rules correctly. At the moment we are having to use an otherwise unused field (postage cost) to specify which method we want to assign…

  11. Large letter weights can vary in weight paper letter, cardboard letter, box,

    Hi
    There's a bug with click and drop when it comes to weight.
    Because of packaging weight can vary for same size items

    Because item weight is 20g i.e ring, phone case,

    Packaging envelope, box card box weight is 25g,

    it can hold 3 items.

    If you sell products 3 products the weight is now

    over 100g bandwidth, because multiplied the packaging weight 3x.

    Large letter weights can vary paper letter, cardboard letter, box,

    In shipping rules there need to be able to set weight for the large letter packaging.

  12. Create a rule - Use 'Parcel' for all orders

    We would like to have an option to set PARCEL as the only PACKAGE SIZE. Currently quite a few orders aren't being auto sorted from magento because they contain 2 or more items and click and drop needs manual confirmation of the package size from us. Is there a way to overwrite this and only have Parcel for everything we do. Many thanks.

  17. Option to Remove Products from Business Customers

    Our website is setup to decide the Royal Mail Shipping Rule. Weights, sizes etc have all been considered in the shopping cart to give the customer the choice of service they can choose. The Shipping Rules work OK, but because customers can choose Parcels and Large Letters, most of the time I am unable to print the shipping labels without clicking into every order.

    If Click and Drop could be setup for a business customer to opt out of products, it would be appreciated.

    As a developer myself, I believe this would be simple to achieve.

  18. filter service filter by favourites

    When processing an order it would make sense to only show "favourite" services for selection. There are a lot of services and you have to scroll down passed ones you never use to be able to confirm the shipment

  19. Additional shipping rule

    It would be very helpful if click and drop could create a rule whereby if you are sending 2 items and the second item changes the format of the post i.e. from Large Letter to Packet, that this happens automatically so we are not changing labels from letter to packet constantly.

    Currently we have to do this about 20 times a day sometimes more.

  20. dispatch back to ebay and amazon. There should be option to choose just dispatch without tracking or dispatch with tracking.

    There should be option to choose just dispatch without tracking or dispatch with tracking. as some times sellers may have low stock or any other difficulty sending order on time. If the tracking shows delay metrics will be affected, but if no tracking then metrics is only affected if the buyer says they received late.
