Make Despatch Date Editable
If you are unable (or forget) to mark your posted item as dispatched on the day it is dispatched, the date you mark it is automatically inserted. If it is a couple of days later (after a weekend), the displayed dispatch date will be incorrect. Being able to correct this would be useful.

This would be really helpful as it's usually a few days later when I remember to set my orders as dispatched. Being able to put the actual date posted would be really useful for me and for my customers.
