Easy Reporting of Lost Post Claims
People cannot be bothered to fill in the lost post claim form because it takes too long, so a lot of the time no record is kept of buyers who claim their orders didn't arrive. It's obvious that royal mail want to deter people from claiming for their losses, but at least it could be made easier for us to get our postage costs back especially if tracking shows not delivered. This way repeat lost post claimers could be flagged.
I don't know about other sellers, but for me it is not so much about losing the money that frustrates me, but it is the stress of dealing with this certain type of customer and thinking that they are doing this all the time.
If I don't bother to fill out the lost post forms, then probably other sellers don't either so no record is kept that this customer is always claiming lost post and probably being rude as well. so could we have a report button to say the customer claimed it was lost.

The claim for undelivered packages should be integrated with the click and drop website for deliveries sent click and drop.
