Tracking: Show a shipment has been 'Collected'
When using the "Book a collection" service, It would be nice if the scan that the postman did on collection would update the tracking status.

Please can you scan items when you collect them? They just show as "awaiting collection" even though they've been collected.

When 1st Class & 2nd Class Click and Drop Mail is taken to a Post Office, the label is scanned. However, as an 'untracked' service, this acceptance scan isn't recorded online.
My suggestion is for this to be recorded as an acceptance scan, allowing in-app proof of postage to be generated, as well as total visibility for customers.
I take a large amount of C&D Mail to Post Offices, and occasionally, mistakes are made, so I don't receive physical proof of postage for every item - as has happened today. The reliance on paper receipts would be reduced by implementing this.
