Clicking an Order in the Search Box Doesn't work

If I search for an order in the search box it will appear, but then when I click on the order in the search, nothing comes up. So as of now cannot see and view any historic orders and print off proof of posting or tracking numbers etc

    Really annoying, this is happening to us too! You can see it when you type the order number in then you click on it and it disappears. The order shows in the manifest though but it is a real pain searching for it manually

    Hi Debbie. We experienced the same. I think this was an active tab issue, but it appears to now be fixed.

    EDIT: No, it's still not working for us either. Sorry.
