Add option to Mark Collections as Delivered / Completed
I have spoken to customer services who have recommended I go through this feedback link as there is nothing they can do. We have two "active" collections where the packages have already been collected and been delivered, so want to either cancel them or move them to "completed" just to keep our active booked collections clear and tidy with just actual collections we are waiting on to make things easier to manage. One of the collections has an amend or cancel option, however I keep getting an error message saying an unexpected problem has occured, with a different reference number each time with the most recent one being "'e755". the other collection is not giving me any options at all. As stated customer services has said they cannot do anything and pointed me towards the feedback link in the hopes that the developers could do something so can this be looked into please?
